How Do I Know That You're Not Going To Break Into These Premises Tonight 😲🎥🛸❌

  • Today we take a look at Strongs Plastic Products Ltd, 18 Silica Road, Amington Industrial Estate, Tamworth B77 4DT.
This company uses a special plastic product to build tailored body's for work vehicles and many examples are on show from the public footpath.
As we have a look look we are asked not to film many times by the staff.
We try our best to educate them but we dont get far and they continue to think they can direct members of the public standing on a public footpath with a camera.
We take the Drone over to see the areas hidden from public view, solve a mystery and get a glimpse of a Fire Engine which they have built.
    Enjoy!
Thanks to Carl & Alison Positive Audio Liverpool who donated the drone music for this video - / dirtydollop2011
    Video Length = 24:02

@@GavTatu The problem is, so many people when challenged back down and even delete content .
All this compliance does is reinforce the myth that permission is required for public photography .
I do public photography , but I tend to make an initial content saying that as I am able to film from public , if they see me ( with high viz and cameras) that I will be respecting site safety around entrances exits, and then ask if I can have an induction to film on site .
The worst outcome is usually that they more readily accept the public right to film ( but I often get a tour )
The difference is perhaps that it is archive film rather than immediate social media which seems to be what they want to control .

There has been many times I could of reported people for general stupidity, speeding this list goes on even a elderly gent going the wrong way around a roundabout 😢. And one driving into our local Tesco's through the exit. I even got in his way to try to stop him but he mounted a raised kerb to get around me almost having a heart attack. But only two weeks before that they installed speed bumps because someone got knocked over in a 5 mph car park that also has a petrol station. Is very obvious which way is in and which way is out all I could think was he wasn't local at all if he was he needs to park his car up and sell it and not get a electric scooter without lessons first and insurance as they all have to have and to obey the speed limits that are law 🤷🤦👌🤣👊👍 great video DJ aka Joe lycett 😂🤣

True. Especially in the UK where you have cctv everywhere. I'm German. It always amazes me that people in the UK believe they have German laws. You can't film in public when you focus on individuals here. You have to ask for permission here. You can be forced to delete footage. We don't have cctv everywhere. You can't point a ring camera at the street here. All these things are possible in the UK and the US because you have different laws.

When they watch this back, with time to reflect on how the exchange happened, they will be embarrassed. When you are verbally polite to them, they are so disarmed and unsure of what to do next,. You're becoming more knowledgeable about your vocation in relation to laws, specifically drone legislation, and really make them look rather foolish when you answer them concisely and instantly. I was sitting here sniggering out loud as my girlfriend was passing my office door, she stepped in and asked "What are you sniggering at?" and I said "DJ Audits is at it again, trolling some workers" and she just laughed and said "You love that guy!"

Nothing more strange, boring or hilarious as an employee who thinks he's been assigned by God to protect a patch of land that's not his.
All joking aside tho being accosted by 3 strangers on the street getting in your face is actually rather scary.
If they continued to advance and would not leave me alone I'd have to call the Police.
    A very interesting audit tho.

Nice product , but shame about the staff , I was actually going to go to these guys for business, but after seeing how they treat a member of the public , I will take my business elsewhere , thanks for the video sir , it has shon a light on the staff that I would never have seen if it wasn't for this interaction , very much appreciated 👍

Another good video, the company itself sounds very interesting. Such a shame that the staff are so obsessed with trying to stop you filming, even when everything you said was positive. How they could accuse you of being rude or aggressive is beyond me, the passive aggressive behaviour came from their staff only. Silly little men😏

Great video, shame about the interaction with most of the staff, asking you all manner questions then refusing to let you answer. I think this might be the best clip yet.👍
shows the ridiculous behaviour of people/companies that don't want to be filmed but they run over to be filmed.
Saying "your not allowed to film"
when they just made up the rule themselves.🤣
when all else fails they claim "you're being rude". 🤣👎

It's a shame that companies like Strong's can only focus on the negative, when in reality you are doing a positive PR report on their products, not so their staff, ill informed as they are. You are the essence of politeness, I would have trouble containing my frustration when they continue asking stupid questions, keep on telling you what you can do, and can't do, when they have no idea that the activity is actually lawful. I love it when that guy comes up to the camera and tells you that you do not have permission to film him, well go away then pal!!!

I think this video by far is the best I've seen yet. Although I must admit I've only recently subscribed. You were not in any way aggressive. They were just on the defensive for various of obvious reasons. But of course again you kindly tried tirelessly of educating them for free and giving them the idea to help them make their business more secure. . . For free! Great free security consultation! Out of sight. They should be now hopefully thanking you as you've not only helped educate them but also me. I am in fact interested in this company but wouldn't have known unless watching this video. Despite the way they behaved through how them not knowing I'd still do business with them. Keep up the great work and remember.. stay safe, stay calm and continue to educate ...just like this video ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The real problem with so many of the people that you encounter is that they are totally unable to use their ears !! They fire questions and accusations off but are not prepared to listen to your response- they trip over their egos time after time and are so cock sure of themselves that they feel they are above being educated in the law ! Neck deep in ignorance many of them .

18:05 Interviewing someone does not require their permission. If they approach and answer questions then they've given permission. That they might remove permission doesn't stop the part already recorded from being used.
Anyway, this is not interviewing, this is evidence of the staff acting atrociously and could be used in a complaint.

If they don't want their premises or vehicles viewed from a public place they should erect high fencing so nothing can be seen from a public area. Of course the drone use they have no control over that - just say goodbye. It is frightening that when someone points a camera at them they freak out. Does he ask Asda, Tesco etc etc why they film him when he is doing his shopping. He must think that anyone who films is a potential burglar.

Like you said, if they never wanted anyone to see the plastic cabs on the back then they should fence it all up, but that's bs, because once those vans are out anyone could inspect them for a potential upgrade and such like. They walked away after the police told them there's nothing they can do. Keep filming DJ ❤️

I've watched a quite a few of these videos and although interesting as a result of the confrontations, which in many of the situations is understandable. I would have concerns over my business being filmed and I too would ask questions.
In this video I do think the personnel who approached were quite reasonable, certainly not aggressive or abusive, and some reasonable engagement from both parties wouldn't go amiss ; although not good viewing I suppose!.
Maybe they aren't fully aware of the rules etc but I sympathise with them .
