- Children's Grief Awareness Day is November 21st. In this episode, Cami and Pat discuss the perspectives of kids' grief and how to best support children going through loss. Cami shares about her experiences having lost her dad when she was 11 and the death of her stepdad when she was 15, and the challenges that came with these foundational childhood grief experiences.

About Patricia (Pat) Sheveland RN, CMC, PCC
Patricia (Pat) Sheveland has been in the healing profession since she was in her teens. Pat sees herself as a holistic healing guide for families, helping them find healing of mind, body, and spirit from the impact of emotional trauma such as grief and abandonment.
As Pat stepped into her second half of life, she realized her soul purpose: to be a light for those who grieve.
