How to grill chicken drums

  • It's hard to beat the classics. And, chicken drums are at the top of the list!
    This recipe charcoal grills chicken wings and bastes them in a smokey thick Cowboy BBQ sauce for that icon flavor that is essential for picnics, beach days, and any gathering all season long!
    Pitmaster Daniel is showing off this timeless recipe for perfectly charcoal-grilled chicken drumsticks so that you can master it too!
    Gather your ingredients:
    3-5 pounds of chicken drums
    1/2 cup corn starch
    Jack Daniels Chicken Seasoning
    1 cup of Cowboy Brand Range Style BBQ sauce
    1 cup of Cowboy Brand Smokehouse BBQ sauce
    1 cup of Cowboy Brand Prairie Fire BBQ sauce
    Salt and pepper to taste

    The parsley looks good and pops, but it is a flavor that doesn't help your rub or sauce. Great video and presentation 👏. Thank you. I needed help with my legs and now I feel good.

    Way to HOT and heavy on the cayenne and black pepper. However they did look exceptionally delish just inedible and I don't mind hot. Hot beware! Cut the Cayenne to 1tsp and cut the black pepper the same and adjust next batch. Maybe add 2Tbls of corn starch.

    I know you didn’t use the same bowl of bbq sauce at the end, right? Cross-contamination IS a thing.
