I went with Woods 777 a year ago. My bike already had a stage 1 intake so I just swapped in a K&N filter, Thunderheader and a pro dyno tune on a Power Commander V. Your numbers were spot on - 99.18 HP, 115.46 Tq. If anyone is interested my 103 HO stock run put up 90.73 HP, 98.45 Tq
I agree Andrew's dose it's talking on the road I've gone for 57H and I just used the race tunner V&H big radius for the look .I'm happy with my fxstc13 .swt vid chap.
I had high compression pistons done on mine with a bunch of other stuff and i kick myself for not doing heads cause now i want a nasty cam but cant cause of the heads.
I've been considering a cam for my 16 road glide special. Running a cobra dual exhaust. I'd like some more punch on the low end. Any suggestions? I was considering the 525. Thanks
Great video! I have an '07 road king with the Harley 103 big bore kit with SE 255 cams, S&S 2-1-2 headers, and a power vision tuner. I've been researching cams and leaning towards the 777, but also considering S&S 570 & Fueling 574. What's your take on those two cams? Thanks!
the S&S 570 makes better power than the 574 but its not going to be by much. Both of those came make the power in the same areas of the rev range just in most comparable dyno graphs with same bolt ons the 570 makes just a little more. The 777 is going to make more than both of those and make it earlier than them also. On another note the 777 works very well with grater displacement so if you later on want to go even bigger you would not have to get a new cam at that point.
I don't see how they are getting those hp increases from just a cam and nothing else my 103 was bored out a little forged pistons sns 585 cams with 10.6.1 compression only made 100 hp

90hp stock 103 never happening
It’s a 103 ho. High output, cvo bike so it’s not the normal 103. His already has cams and I think a lil bit of head work too
@@MattyM110 ypu know what your right, that 90hp number was with a Basani Road Rage 2 pipe and a Dynotune
@@MattyM110 paying attention to details is important! It keeps you from looking like a know it all, which usually know the least....😂
I’m going with the Woods 222 or S&S MR103 for my 2012 FLHTK . I have a V&H Pro Pipe and a high flow breather .
Have the same set up on my 96. Very happy with it
Have the andrews 48h cam in my 96 .Very happy with it . Looking to go up to a 103 when time comes ! Like them numbers .
The Woods 777 responds nicely to 4 degrees cam advancement. Hops up into the power ranger much quicker
Or run a 555.....advancing is closing the intake valve earlier....

What I really want to know is which cams SOUND the best.

FYI Andrews makes the Wood cams
Star racing makes the best cam for a 103 IMO
I’ve been thinking about the Torkstar 577. Know anyone with it? Results?
George knows his 💩!

My 2016 fls has s&s teardrop, and bassani street sweeps. What cam for high hp?
Already at 104tq 87hp
Not concerned with torque
Maybe I'm better off going with the Andrews 48H 🤔
Good video sir 👍
thank you
U got jokes😂 race me2018 breakout
I hear you there man. It took my buddy somewhere around 6 grand of engine work on his twin cam to beat my M8 with just a wood 22xe cam
As soon as you said back pressure we know you really don't understand harley engine
E😮
