He didn't kill Trigon or Darkseid, he just teleported them elsewhere. They'll be busy fighting for each other for eternity because they both technically cannot die.
this movie always gave me chills, the justice league gets ripped apart (literally) and turning evil. Also the horror flash went through, running without stop for 2 years
Teen Titans death was brutal to me, I grew up watching the show on CN and it’s still my favorite hero group and just seeing them ripped apart dead outside of Titans tower was terrifying
Then she got turned into that monstrosity alongside WW Martian Manhunter, hawkman, and I think aquamans wife?? Don't even get me started at the end when she held nightwing after he went insane from being resurrected.
You can't replace the death of anyone with Lois Lane and Starfire. She tried to save Clark three times in the face of danger: from Doomsday, Henshaw and particularly Trigon. She went from a local reporter and typical damsel in distress to a badass resistance fighter for her love interest who wasn't afraid to sacrifice her life for him. As for Kory, it was brutal. She rarely got a happy ending with Dick in a healthy shape. It's sad to see Deadshot not being a part in the last act for TFX.
I did like the romance with raven and robin and I'm sad that probably no one will ever make that ship "sailable" again. They aged down raven and helped each other with their shared experience with awful parental figures. In the series of movies they both helped each other come to a place of normalcy. In other comics, movies, or cartoons, raven is too old for the pairing, but I liked the chemistry they shared in these animated films.
I was actually enjoying this animated universe and then DC went and said “let’s just kill everyone and fuck up the story”. I really hope that they repair the universe to some degree, I was really hoping to see more from the teen titans. It’s not even like I can enjoy the young justice universe as that seem to be going out of control too.
Shazam’s death, while only on screen for a little bit, was especially chilling in my opinion. And his death was permanent, unlike quite a few on this list
Shazam def had a sad death. He was getting overwhelmed, and had to resort to one last SHAZAM to take out all the paradooms and himself. And the thing that made it sadder that he said it in desperation, not herorically. What a G
Justice League Apokolips War is the coolest and awesome animation movie of Justice League ever, the superhero characters are cool and awesome and the action are cool and incredible
Waller dying from cancer actually makes sense. In Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay, she had assigned them to get the magic card so that she could use it to save her soul
I'm so devastated that Apokolips War is the last movie they're making, like give me closure and more Green Lantern and Shazam! Not to mention more of Superboy!
Damien sacrifice himself to his father and his final words was to save them and save Rave. His love for Raven really is one of the best parts of the movie.
Also as a bonus point. When the suicid squads went out two exstreamly hard to kill cherictors (track record in comics) hit the bucket at the same time. Captain boomerang and Harley Quinn are known for being those cherictor that somehow never die no matter the odds.
Kind of surprised that Etrigan wasn't higher. His depression from losing Jason Blood was at long last ended with his final fight against Wonder Woman. It was really worthy of the top 3. Also, I would have picked Shazam too, seeing how he sacrificed himself too.
The DC animated movied are works of art compared to their live action counter parts. Can we just hire these people to write & direct live action movies from now on?
DC comics has full creative control over the animated features while Warner Bros. Own the live action movie rights. 2 different studios doin 2 completely different things. But I agree with you.
Seeing Bats and Damian hug it out after Damian was revived was very satisfying. Man every death hit hard, I'm just waiting for the next DC movie universe to see everybody get some redemption.
I don't think Swamp thing died, because his role in DC Universe is the Living embodiment of plant life, meaning when there's a cell fragment of plant around, he can be regenerated. so he did not die
Lesson to be learned: don’t let Superman make battle plans for people who aren’t. Constantine knows. Why do you think he talked the Flash into his last run of the New 52 era?
How come nobody is talking about John Stewart's death?? When he recited the Green Lantern oath, i thought something good was gonna happen until Darkseid intervened and vaporized him, that hurt to watch!
Shazam’s death hurt the most to me, he was still a kid . I can’t imagine being that young and watching the world go to hell! That kid went all the way until the end
Mera's death was pretty brutal. She got claws slowly burying into her skull/face and pulled apart ripping one side off. The worst part is if they just left her like that she would have taken a while to die.
you forgot to add shazam to the honorable mentions list. He was severely outnumbered but he still fought on until he said his magic word one last time.
Cyborg's "last word" was probably the only part of this one I have a problem with. In all honesty, a final "Hell, No!" while denying Apokalips any place at all would have been much more ironic.
Surprised that Aquaman, Green Latern (Hal Jordan), Shazam, Superboy, and the other Teen Titans didn't make the list, nor was part of the honorable mentions. Well, except for Starfire since she became a Fury.
As dark as this movie was, it was pretty funny in some parts, like when King Shark spoke to Captain Boomerang. He literally pulled a “if we survive this, no one will believe you”
The thing about Paradooms, and the reason they're so formidable - I can't remember if they even addressed this in the movie, or just left it implied for some reason - as the name implies, they're Darkseid's Parademons (normally pretty laughable flying-monkey level enemies) crossed with *Doomsday.* So... yeah.

@SUPERSONIC the Hedgehog what Dark Vader said.
@SUPERSONIC the HedgehogThey are Paradooms. Parademons+ Doomsday DNA

@@itsbritneybyotch7471 When Darkseid spliced in Dooms' DNA with his parademons.
This movie , was amazing and traumatic at the same time, it brilliantly shows how smart Constantine is and Why Batman follows his lead everytime there together,
If you read the comics you wouldn’t have been surprised to see Luthor fighting for team supes.
Bane's death really hurt's me. They could made last longer in this movie.
Yeah, they didn't even break his back.

Is very sad and horrible when Cyborg he sacrificed to save his friends superhero’s by Darthseid and we can see Cyborg creating a portal to save his friends and kill Tragón and Darthseid

“Kilowog: Darkseid finishes him with one hand”
*shows him killing him with two hands*

Thee most fucked up movie I’ve ever seen. The deaths were crazy. “But it’s a cartoon.” Whatever. I stand by what I said. Two thumbs up.
Bruh, you probably have not seen Berserk, then?
@@ryantheanimator1156 first of berserk ain't a movie #2 berserk is an anime #3 why TF would you care if he seen it or not it's his damn opinion
I wanted to see more batman movies from this universe
The teen titans movies are awesome too
@idkAlan I just feel like they could have tried a few more stories or given us a few more movies with these characters before another flashpoint

Shazam's death was very brutal and heroic too and I think it's worth mentioning.
When watchmojo dropped a top 10 list for a movie that came out almost a year ago you know it’s good
Shazam’s death, while only on screen for a little bit, was especially chilling in my opinion. And his death was permanent, unlike quite a few on this list
Shazam def had a sad death. He was getting overwhelmed, and had to resort to one last SHAZAM to take out all the paradooms and himself. And the thing that made it sadder that he said it in desperation, not herorically. What a G

Damien sacrifice himself to his father and his final words was to save them and save Rave. His love for Raven really is one of the best parts of the movie.
It made me cry and it shattered my heart hearing Raven scream his name when he got burned.
Also as a bonus point. When the suicid squads went out two exstreamly hard to kill cherictors (track record in comics) hit the bucket at the same time. Captain boomerang and Harley Quinn are known for being those cherictor that somehow never die no matter the odds.
[Character]
This movie was so dark and brutal that it gives me hope that we will see an animated version of DCeased story
And hear the screams of people whining about how it's even darker than Zack Snyder?
@@Outside85 You got a Strong Point there Buddy!!! 😅😅😅
@@Outside85 if they could make a live action 3 part movie to this they can take the super hero movies to another level and it needs to be R rated
Agreed 💯
DC comics has full creative control over the animated features while Warner Bros. Own the live action movie rights. 2 different studios doin 2 completely different things. But I agree with you.
Shazam , it was sad hearing him say Shazam in a terrifying sad way, to kill more parademons, and himself at the same time
My race is run.

Best part of the movie
Seeing Bats and Damian hug it out after Damian was revived was very satisfying. Man every death hit hard, I'm just waiting for the next DC movie universe to see everybody get some redemption.
I felt so sad when superboy and nightwing died :(
I don't think Swamp thing died, because his role in DC Universe is the Living embodiment of plant life, meaning when there's a cell fragment of plant around, he can be regenerated. so he did not die
Batgirl..... just got fucking MAULED. Etrigans broke my heart.
Lesson to be learned: don’t let Superman make battle plans for people who aren’t.
Constantine knows. Why do you think he talked the Flash into his last run of the New 52 era?
How did they not even give Shazam a mention for how he sacrificed himself
This was the first Justice League animated movie I watched and to say I was shocked is an understatement.

How come nobody is talking about John Stewart's death?? When he recited the Green Lantern oath, i thought something good was gonna happen until Darkseid intervened and vaporized him, that hurt to watch!
I Have to say John Stewart's death was really tragic to watch plus his last words were the Green Lantern's Oath
In that movie Shazam took me to a level of sadness I never knew I had. He just a kid man...like Damien had training but Shazam was just a kid kid
How you didn’t put Shazam on this list the disrespect
The ending of this movie is just underrated masterpiece.
ALL OF THEM WERE SAD! RIP TO THE HEROES WHO FOUGHT IN APOKOLIPS WAR! :(
Cyborg's "last word" was probably the only part of this one I have a problem with.
"Death" is an understatement for the Flash having to remember all of those.
As dark as this movie was, it was pretty funny in some parts, like when King Shark spoke to Captain Boomerang. He literally pulled a “if we survive this, no one will believe you”
The thing about Paradooms, and the reason they're so formidable - I can't remember if they even addressed this in the movie, or just left it implied for some reason - as the name implies, they're Darkseid's Parademons (normally pretty laughable flying-monkey level enemies) crossed with *Doomsday.* So... yeah.
