This is for a prototype plastic injection mold that we’re going to run on our little 20 ton plastic injection press.

That probing macro in the beginning, is that one that you made yourself, and maybe are willing to share? I have an X7 my self, but as far as I know I cannot do that probing sequence with it.

Sounds like the spindle bogs down a bit. What KW/HP does your spindle have?
