Post- Graduate Nurse Practitioner Training Programs

NP fellowship? What is this. Is it the same thing as a nurse practitioner residency? Are they required? Where can I find them?
All valid questions. I thought these were over-rated in the beginning. Changing my tune now, watch the video to find out why I think they're actually pretty great.
