Fence Line Weaning - Totally Stress Free.

Using the fence line weaning method is one of the most stress free weaning process out there. Allowing the cows and their calves to have the ability to touch noses and reassure each other is just fantastic. By using the fence line method all you are doing is removing the access to the udder. This both allows independence and conditioning for the cows leading up to the new calving season. This also enables the calves to take big steps in indolence looking after themselves without high stress of visually removing their mothers. A big tick from us at Fat Cow Farm.
