Did u use Legal Zoom for ur LLC? A friend recommended them, but I wish I waited.
@@notasmuchasnotas yes. I have used them in the past but the fees have gone up quite a bit. Most of the extra offers are not necessary and can be declined. You do need an EIN to register on Sam.gov and to get a business bank account set up

Question, you said that you have to have a physical address and you can't use a virtual office, so, are virtual offices like Alliance, Regus, and DaVinci that have physical addresses and meeting spaces are not good and we can't use them to register?

It’s likely a conflict of interest if you take on a contract from a part of the government that also works with your company. They should do their due diligence though and figure that out before accepting your bid.
