It’s because of the budget reporting and tracking. Credit card purchases are not part of the over all budget of a project.

What are the responsibilities of the subcontractor in this situation?
Project management it seems. There are plenty training courses to get you familiar and even certified on all the tools and techniques that can be developed to make managing these relationships and resources easier to grasp
If you look into "project management" you may get what i mean as far as you asking what are the responsibilities...except apply it to the specific contract requirements as it its a project

So technically i cant really be broke and do this...I'm broke, im living off of workers comp...So what advice would you give someone trying to start that dont have much to put toward..are there contracts that dont require a credit card or buisness credit line? This guy said he had to put 5,000 toward this contract. That's not 0 bucks; that's a bit deceiving if you're not paying attention to what's being said.
