I love how adam, sal, and justin always emphasize on the body and mind connection. I have seen serious strength gains on just focusing on the muscle I want to work in my sessions. I found strength training to be as a sort of meditation; keeping myself present and mindful. Thanks guys, Doug and the mindpump crew included

Regarding your grip failing you, I often have the same issue where the grip fails before the target muscle. I get the impression from my forearms being smaller that I need to work them directly to improve grip. Are you doing anything specifically right now for grip outside of the videos?
He addressed it in a previous episode. He is only on TRT and has been for years. He tried to rebuild his levels back naturally for 3 years but it didn't work out
In the video, he explains that it's because of his chest injury. He does not want to work the chest directly so instead of doing a specific chest followed by a specific shoulder exercise, he set the bench up somewhere in between to cover both.

I tried using the suspension trainer, and didn't find it as challenging/rewarding as weights. Is that because it's more mobility focused?
You have to adjust the angles to make exercises more challenging

yes I heard him say that but the logic doesn’t make sense. Both are being stimulated at the same time in all 10 sets.
Adam mentions he went home and had 2 or 3 clean meals???? Did he get that high that he couldn't remember the exact number????
