- Sticky rice with shiitake mushrooms and Chinese sausages! This resto-quality rice recipe is so simpol and really delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
4 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic
1 piece onion, minced
2 pieces dried shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated and sliced into strips
1 cup diced pork
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 pieces Chinese sausages, sliced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup diced carrots or squash
Set B:
1 cup regular rice
1 cup glutinous rice
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups water or chicken stock
Set C:
Fried peanuts
Sautéed mustard greens

i had always thought that cooking kiampong was a complicated art, until i saw this video. thanks for making it understandable and "SIMPOL" as ABC... tried this and it's sooo delicious!

Ito yung paboreto kung pagkain sa Chinese"kiampong" palagi akung nagrerequest sa chef namin na magluto siya. 😍😍😍

sir meron po ba nung binondo rice lang? ung wala po masyadong halo na rice. ung masarap po with MAKI na rice. kiampong binondo po. ^_^
Meron masarap Yung kiampengnrecipe ni mixed Asian foods. Pa Ng recipe nito. Hindi classic taste.

I think I will do it
this way.
1.soak sticky rice in
water for 4 hrs.
2.marinate 3-layer pork
+chicken+ meat you like
in soy sauce+oyster sauce
3.mix rice with 2
and shitake (fry shitake
in oil with low fire for 5 min.)
4.steam 3 until lts cooked.
and Chinese sausage separate
from rice (steam separately)
but at the same time.
5.put Chinese sausage +peanuts
+spring onion on top.
(why not mix sausage in the rice
b/c sausage has some herbs
when steam with rice,the oil
of the sausage come out and
mix with rice.)
the right way of kampung is
to steam.and I never mix
sticky rice with ordinary rice.
where did you get this recipe.
or you just fusions. Chinese
dish is not good for fusions
they have gone through many
centuries already.they try hard
to make it better but not this way.
