If there's a will there's a way . That philosophy applies in the kitchen I believe .Would you believe, meron mabili rin na dried lotus leaf dito sa states . Ang banana leaves imparts a unique aroma . Sa suggestion mo na parchment paper which I have , I could line it with pandan leaves tho frozen will add flavor ,what do you think guys ?
This reminds me of my mum’s kiampong, very, very similar…as you also mentioned, her kiampong is usually topped with roasted peanuts. So yummy! P.S.
