You’re so inspiring! I’m hand sewing my first doll and would love to sew clothes for my daughter and I. Thank you for these thoughtful and calm tutorials. Bless you and your growing family 🤍
Thank you so much for the kind words, Sarah! I love hearing that you are hand sewing a doll - what a special project!
I’ve been dyyyyiiiinnnggg for this pattern! I want to match with my boys and I have this crazy idea to make us all an upcycled quilt pair 🥲
Oh my gosh, I LOVE that idea!!
I will be sewing the Rhodes overalls with linen!! A pair for myself and my wee grandchildren of course ❤️ thanks for this pattern!
How sweet to match with your grandchildren!
Great instruction. How nice to see you have the same kitchen island!
Its a great table to have! I'm really enjoying it in my space :)
So cute! I feel like cotton gauze could make a comfy lounge pair … or linen for a cool summer outfit!
Yes! Both of those idea would be a nice comfortable pair of overalls
What a fab sew! I think I would love it in linen or a rayon linen blend.
Both would be such a great choice of fabric!
I think this would be so cute with like a cream linen! I’ve been eyeing the powder linen from isee and I might just have to get it now
ooh I do love all of IseeFabric's selection!
What an awesome pattern, I have the Rhodes on my list to make for my toddlers, and now I need to make this to match! :) I think this would be fun in linen!
These are perfect for linen! I can't wait to see your matching overalls :)
Yay! So excited to make these to match my babies! I may do a neutral plaid linen or an off white linen with contrasting stitching color. Can’t decide yet!
Oh both of these are great ideas. I love doing a contrast stitching too- it adds a fun detail :)
Oh I’ve been waiting for this one!! So excited! I want to try and make these in a Linen fabric!
Its finally here! Thanks for being excited with me :)
I recently bought some soft stretch denim in a taupe color. Your patterns are wonderful, especially the option to isolate the necessary pattern lines before printing... perfect for mom brain days where you keep seam ripping the same mistake of stitching a pocket on backwards 😵💫Seam ripping is an art, I always say 😆
Haha I totally understand! Seam ripping is just a necessary part of the process :)
I’d love to make this with a natural 11oz upcycled denim or a bright organic linen in yellow or green 💚💛
Oh I love that idea, Holly!
It would be so gorgeous made from linen
I agree!
This is SO exciting!! All the ideas for fabrics in the other comments are SO helpful & inspiring, too! 👏😁 I’m about to make a Betty dress and have been waiting for a Rhodes for women! We are in the same boat- we are expecting another little one this summer! Do you have any suggestions to make bump friendly, being a little further along than we are? 😄 These just look so comfortable and easy to throw on with a tee or sweater! Thank you for another amazing pattern!! 💖
You're right, I love reading through everyone's suggestions! For being bump friendly, I recommend sizing up and possibly lengthening the straps for a growing bump :) Also, congratulations on your sweet baby!
I’m thinking either a gingham green and white sheet or a mustard linen. Perfect for my growing baby bump 🥹🙌
Yes, it is perfect for your growing bump! Congratulations, Lauren!
I would love to make this pattern out of linen fabric for my 5 girls… and me 😄❤️
I love that, Cristina! How fun to have a household full of girls :)
I can’t wait to make this! I was thinking of making the overalls using Viridian green linen or hemp. I have some neat Wildlife patches from a local artist I’d love to sew on the chest or back pockets
That is such a creative idea!
I too love dungarees. They are so comfy and versatile. I'm just beginning to sew so am still on my baby steps however have been handsewing moth, butterfly and love trees on my old denim dungarees. Absolutely love it❤😊
his makes me so happy- I’m never satisfied with other women’s jumper patterns out there, and these look perfect. I’ve been eyeing some gingham linen on Etsy, and this feels like the perfect project for it!!
These are a fun make, I think you may like them! I would love to send this pattern to you -- reach out to me on IG (@rooneyclothing) and I'll get your information!

I love this pattern and have been looking for something like this! I find overalls just so easy to throw on 🙂 I would love to make this out of some deep green linen that I’ve been holding onto, or a mustard yellow with white polka dot fabric that I’ve been saving as well 😊
What a great idea!

Thank you so much!
Yay!
Also, the shirt you’re wearing? Is it a pattern of yours? Possibly from the Ola dress? That fabric for the shirt is amazing as well.
Yes!! You're totally right, its the Ola dress as the Blouse :)
I can't wait to see what you create with this pattern! What fabric would you make this with?
hello! ideal, I love it. I'm sure you say it in the video and I missed it... how much fabric do you use for adults? thank you❤
Hi! It is all laid out in the pattern for how much fabric you'll need depending on size and the width of your fabric bolt. The yardage ranges from 2.8-4.6yards :)
Do you think this could be made with a light corduroy?
Absolutely! I think that would be a really wonderful choice!
I'd love a pair of these. It's a shame they're only for women
hey, thats awesome to hear! Maybe one day we can draft men's sizing. 👍
Will this pattern be avalible in other than in PDF? I find it so hard 😜🫶🏻
Hey! Great question. Right now, we don't have plans to move into shipping patterns again due to being a small shop and having a young family :) The pattern comes with a0 options and when I want to get something printed large scale I usually use pdfplotting.com or go to my local print shop :)
Hope this helps!
How many pages is it to print in the pattern for minis?
@@jenniferlindqvist5292 For the mini sizes, View A & C are 18 pages. View B is 22. We also provide the A0 size that can be printed large scale!
