    Dapat andun ang support ng pmilya...gaya nmin sa anak ko, di kmi kumakain ng masasarap pag andyan xa..kumakain kmi habang nsa school p xa..dating 82kgs ngaun nsa 73 n lng...kailangan ng support ng pmilya pag me gnyan nagda diet kc sakripisyo tlga sa knila..

    Allergic rhinitis gone(struggle for almost 5yrs) LC lng pala ang nakagamot. Thank you, Lord I found this diet. ❤️

    Ang sarap kasi kumain
    ng burger, pizza, spaghetti, cheese flavour chips , fried chicken, sabayan pa
    uminom ng ice cold soft drinks
    milk tea 😂😅

    dapat mag build muscle ka para d ka agad tumaba kung puro cardio k lng saggy skin ang mangyayare sau. kia mag weight training ka kc mas maganda ung result in the long run.

      false. if you eat 4,000 calories everyday of fat, you will gain weight. losing weight is just simple thermodynamics ijs

      Actually, 0.5 to 1kg bawas per week yung healthy rate ng weight loss. 20 kilos in 2 months...di yan sustainable over time.

      di naman cguro ubusin yan ng isang upuan.. malamang 500 ml tubig kada meal tapos 500ml kada snack then 500ml on random times maybe every after 2-3hours
