    Intermittent Fasting, less sweets, less rice, tapos wag na mag dinner. Ung dinner nkksama tlga, Try nyo wag mag dinner for 3-5 days Pag gsing nyo hnd kayo bloated. Tapos sabayan ng exercise ung Chloeting challenge

      Kuya matangkad at big boned si ate if mapapansin mo. Dont expect na kasing payat yan ng mga koreano na skinny type na. Importante happy si ate sa katawan nya ngayon at healthy sya. Wag tayo masyado toxic na Pinoy puro looks ang iniisip eh

      @ashbayram Hndi mo ata nagegets yung comment ni kuya? Hndi nmn niya sinabi na plus size siya eh, he just said malaki pa din siya (we do have different undertanding when someone says "Malaki"). Kaya we can't tell if he's saying plus size.
      The guy might want to tell her na there is an improvement pero it's not enough. He also mentioned na he is proud of her. It's a good criticism tho.

    Share my fitness story...72 kilo ako last 2 years ago ..nag start ako mag exercise tas running 30 minutes ang everyday kong ginagawa...tapos isang beses ako kumakain ng kanin..until nakayanan ko n no rice...pero nag bread padin me..more gulay at nag sweet padin me...after a year ang result im become 57 kilos..now walking everyday tas less carb more protein im 52 kilos...

    Over consumption of carbs/sugars is a sign na kulang ang animal protein.
    Dito sa pinas nasanay tayong puro carbs/veggies/prutas.
    Well sobrang under fed tayo interms of protein intake.
    1gram of protein per pound of body ideal weight.
    Kulang tau sa education about nutrition
    Wag nyong dayain sa pamamagitan ng slimming coffee/team/pills
    Proper nutrition dapat para long term effect hindi ung para lang sa isang event.
    At samahan nyo ng 15-30mins walk pag katapos ng meals nyo kaysa ung humiga or worst matulog ng busog.
    3x a week strength training.

      mahal kasi ang karne kaya puro rice kinakain ng pinoy
      ako no rice puro veggies about 210kg last march ngayon 178kg na sugar ang kalaban talaga pero mababa uric acid ko kasi bihira mag meat dahil mahal nga kapatid ko nasa canada puro meat kinakain ok lang weight nya pero may gout sya at hirap gumalaw sa umaga

      @@micoiyakin kulang din po tau sa knowledge about sa mga root cause ng mga nararamdam nyo. Laging sinisisi ang karne well infact pag nag research po kayo ano mga primary causes nyan is mataas ang consumption ng mga carbs/sugar.
      Ex. Kanin tinapay fruits gulay
      Kaylangan ng katawan natin ang animal protein
      Long term hindi sustainable ang pagging vegetarian eventually mag kakaroon po kayo ng deficiency dahil hindi nmn po maabsorb lahat ng nutrients galing sa gulay.
      Kaya pag pumunta kayo sa mga doctor hindi nmn mag aadvice yan ng about nutrition dahil sila rin wlang proper education about dun.
      Try nyo po mag search ng fuctional doctor dito sa youtube or mga low carb md's
      Madalas kasama ang nutrition sa mga videos nila.

      @@inahmiyavlog tama po. Wlang nutritional value yan. Mas gugutumin ka lang ng tinapay at mga sugary drinks dahil up & down ang insulin spike. Imagine 80% ng diet ng pinoy nangagaling sa refined carbs, tinapay, kakanin with minatamis, pancit na my kanin pa at puro gulay. Tapos after kumain uupo or matutulog nalang.
      Kaya karamihan saatin hirap mag bawas ng timbang dahil hindi ma let go ang kinalakihan about sa kanin tinapay gulay prutas.
      My mga doctor pa nga nag susuggest ng coke sa mga my diabetes hahah, forever medication nalang. Samantalang my mga doctor sa ibang bansa sinasabing reversible ang diabetes thru lifestyle & diet modification like calories & carb restriction.

      or high protein diet.. sabi nga nila sa kasabihan "you cannot overeat with meat" cguro mga 1-2 servings busog ka na
      kumpara sa high carb/sugar diet lalo na pag masarap ulam nakaka extra rice lagi haha xD
      tapos nyan after 2-3hours gutom ka na ulit at merienda sa hapon. eh di another calories ulit lol..
      kasi sa high protein very satiated ka in very long period of time without needed of snacking alot.
      also burns alot of calories while digesting it overtime.. your digestive system took them atleast 4-6hours to digest kumpara sa high carb wala pa 2hours humihingi na ulit ng mirienda katawan mo dahil utos ni insulin :D

    Ako dating 75kg now 65kg in one and half month nabawasan ako ng 10kg just by doing work out everyday (day and night), 16 hrs fasting, low carb diet ako pero ang kain ko twice a day lang no snacks sinabayan ko din ng slimming pills plus more water since mainit ngayon. Pero advice ko lang sa gusto gumaya baka di nyo kayanin kase super strict lahat ng ginagawa ko baka may mangyare pa sa inyo. Until now ginagawa ko pa din pero binawasan ko na yung strict workout and diet ko ngayon 3x a day na akong kumakain pero low carb parin yung fasting ko 13 hrs nalang saka tinigil ko na slimming pills. Kayo pa din bahala kung ano mag work sa inyo

    Ako from 73.57 kg now 59.87 na lang halos 14kg nawala sa akin. No rice ako aminado ako pero may ibang source pa ako ng carbs na nakukuha yun yung quaker oats mas nakakabusog pa siya plus rich in fiber good for digestion. Then 5x a week sa gym yung pang 6 days 1hr na jogging then rest sa sunday . Calorie Deficit talaga ang pinaka effective sa lahat ng diet 2 months palang makikita mo na sa resulta wala pa akong stretch mark sa katawan . 😊

    Napaka basic lang magdiet' wala ng kung ano ano pa' kumain ng konting konti lang ' wag busugin ang sarili dapat laging bitin' walang softdrinks at process food' no fried foods' at chichiria' wag mag aircon' yun lang ok na yon

    Hay naku, 1 cup of rice lng ako every meal. 2 meals everyday lng ako. Coffee & bread sa morning tapos snacks sa afternoon (cheat time ko😅) then dinner before 7pm. Rest to sleep nah onwards kasi need ko ang mahabang rest

Tiyan ko taba ng mokha mga brasu hita lahat lomobo na talaga waistline ko 34 hirap bumili ng mga damit dahil walanh mag kasyan napagkamalan naakong buntis eh nung time napanuod ko ruro ng isang doktor na kong gustu pomayat pagising sa umaga inum lang ng warm water with lemon ginawa ko araw raw yun super efctive talaga dating timbang ko 75 ngayun 56 kilos nalng at waistline ko ay 26 very thankful kay lord tapos inum lang daming tubig basta hindi malamig tapos inum ng tea no sugar evry day super.     Based on nutritional research, effective ways to lose weight
    Intermittent Fasting
    Drinking 1 tbsp vinegar to 200ml water before eating meals is important to avoid glucose spike which is contributory to visceral fat deposits
    Eating sequencing is also important. In every meal, you have to eat first veggies then proteins then healthy fats then huli lagi ang carbs or fruits.
    Eating savory breakfast instead of sweet breakfast is so important to give you energy the whole day and to avoid increasing your weight.
    For fruits avoid making shakes, it is better to eat it as it is.
    Theb of course 20-30 mins exercise

    Ako 75 kilos naman highest weight ko at sobrang laki ng mukha, braso at tyan ko kasi di naman ako matangkad 😅. Naibalik ko sa 50 kilos dahil sa less carb at fasting. Basta mahalaga yung bawas calories, mas mahirap kasi mag burn kaya mas okay nang bawasan yung pagkain tulad na ginagawa nya now. Mabilis namang mag lose sa low carb at IF pero for me it's not for everyone at hindi ko din naman kayang di magkanin habang buhay. 😅 Kaya pina practice ko pa rin ang IF pero normal food lang na may portion control. 😊

      @@pony1848 sa kin medyo matagal, inabot ng around 8 months. Pero kung strict talaga, kayang-kaya mag lose ng at least 5 kilos every month. Lalo na kung iiwasan mo talaga lahat ng processed at junk foods then kahit light exercise while in fasted state gawin mo. Sa kin yung first 3 months lang ako di nag rice, tapos regular food na kinaakain ko pero OMAD lang, so ang fasting ko mahaba talaga. Pero kung ang goal mo is weight loss at maging healthy, wag mo gayahin yung ginawa kong OMAD tapos high carb pa din, not good for the body. 😅 Portion control+ IF+ cardio works for me now. Kahit akyat baba lang sa stairs napakalaking tulong. You can do it!❤️

    Do calorie deficit. Meaning nore exercise. Less carbs, less Sugar intake, Less fatty foods. Eat more healthy carbs, More Vegies, More healthy fatty foods instead of unhealthy fats. People can still eat unbeatable carbs like donuts. However, do not consume every week or you will gain weight

    Just because rice is abundant in Philippines so we need rice to survive? That if you don’t eat rice, you’re not eating healthy? It’s not all about the food but about getting the essential nutrients for a healthy lifestyle. Carbs can come from other sources. If we only widen our understanding about food. There’s a lot of holistic nutrinists who make videos about this.
    P.s. She says she’s more on fruits and vegetables, I would’ve been convinced if I seen more greens (vegetable) on her plate. 😬✌🏼

    bat sakin di effective yung no rice, no sweets and with exercise. Nag water therapy din ako pero wala. Nung nagka amoeba ako,ayun ambilis ko nabawasan ng timbang..3kls agad in just 5 days.

      Pinagsasabi mo? 206 caories lang ang rice tapos ang ipinalit mo naman eh soft drinks at chichiria na pwedeng umabot ng 300 and up na calories. Ang rice pwede pang magbigay ng energy sayo kumpara sa junk foods
