    hi can i please have your recipe for royal icing that you used in this video? also how would you ice a cake with royal icing if you wanted peaks/ spikes on top and sides? would you use the same recipe? or would the recipe need to be thicker consistancy? thanks

    Is it a must that the marzipan is done 1 week before?

      She says that she'd added some glycerine to her royal icing. That just stops the icing from setting too hard. Bear in mind that that's edible glycerine.
