- I'm posting this piece by special request of @TheRealStevieB. It was such an honor to accompany the AMU Schola at this Mass, celebrated by Bishop Frank Dewane, Archbishop Allen Vigneron, and 8 other priests during the St. Thomas Aquinas Conference. Of course, a Catholic Mass would not be complete without a crying baby or two. 😂😉
This hymn's melody from Gustav Holst's "The Planets" Suite, in the movement attributed to Jupiter. I personally LOVE the Jupiter movement because it's so grand and beautiful. You could say that he pulled out all the stops for that one! 😄

I haven't heard that, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was! It's a popular hymn and is very moving: a good choice for significant events such as weddings and funerals.

It was not sung at the queen's funeral but was sung at Princess Diana's funeral under the title, "I Vow to Thee My Country."
