This just showed me how stiff I’ve become but I really want to incorporate this routine into my weekly rotation. I’ve been dealing with tummy issues and need relief. Is there a way to end the routine not on my knees? I’ve had reconstructive knee surgery, I’m healed but it’s not the same and I shy away from poses like that.
