- Fish Fillets with Ginger Spring Onion 姜葱鱼片, we use grouper fish fillet gently stir fried with sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger and spring onions. A dish perfect with rice or porridge! I'm going to keep this recipe for Chinese New Year reunion dinner 😁😄😋

Ingredients
Grouper fish fillet 石斑鱼片 - 300g
White pepper 胡椒粉 - ¼ tsp
Salt 盐 - ½ tsp
Sugar 糖 - ¼ tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 - 2 tsp
Egg white 蛋- 2 tbsp
Corn flour 玉米粉 - 1 tbsp
Sauce Ingredients
Oyster sauce 蚝油 - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 生抽 - 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 麻油 - ½ tsp
Chicken stock powder 鸡精粉 - ½ tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 - 1 tsp
Water 水 - 200ml
Other Ingredients
Oil 油
Sliced ginger 姜片 - 20g
Minced garlic 蒜末 - 2 cloves
Spring onion 白葱 - white portion 1 stalk
Spring onion青葱 - 1 stalk
Corn starch slurry 芡汁 - 2 tbsp - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

Yes, u can season it with salt and pepper, then pan fry the fish.
