Personal experience here, I had huge MCAS issues and had histamine reactions with all fermented food due to having CIRS. On top I was having gut issues from C.diff infection so I took probiotics from Microbiome Labs and made the SIBO yoghurt from Dr William Davis recipe. After a few weeks I no longer had histamine reactions to food like I previously did, this was on top of resolving my infection. I’ve suffered from histamine reactions my whole life, it wasn’t caused by the C.diff infection. At the moment I still react to eating histamine food but it’s the morning following eating high histamine food, I get runny nose and sneezing but that’s it. Previously I would reaction within few hours after eating the food and it would be insanely itchy rashes along with runny nose and sneezing,I was already taking DAO as well but I still reacted. I suspect in another 1-2 months my histamine reactions might resolve completely.
you could take those without any reactions?! im reactive instantly to many things not sure it is safe...have to weight up risk vs benefit thank you 1moderna
@@StephanieAlice I’ve been taking Megaspores from Microbiome labs at low dosage for a long time previously so probiotics wasn’t completely new to my system. I stepped up to full dosage and added RestoreFlora then added SIBO yoghurt after that. The key is added one thing at a time at very low dosage if you’re very sensitive. And yes I still reacted initially but I mitigated the reactions by taking immunoglobulin to bind to the LSP which is a must, I take the Mega IGG also from Microbiome Labs. If you are sensitive to absolutely everything you have to heal your gut first, that was my experience too, I reacted to most supplements and a lot of food prior. Kiran Krishnan the creator of Microbiome Labs recommends for people who are extremely sensitive to start by taking 1/8 of one tablet of Megaspores or any of his probiotics. Definitely should watch his podcasts on TH-cam, he does a lot of interviews with practitioners.
