Brilliant video, very useful and informative. Thank you.
Really glad I found this video.
Your shoulder exercises have really helped i do them ever day👍🧑🦰🇦🇺🌟
AS always, Thank-yoU
From Holland! I am 78. Great to do the exercises. Excellent guidance. Real fun to do them with you. Thanks a million.
Wow! This is just what I’ve been looking for. I am age 74, female, very active. I follow a monthly workout calendar programmed for women 50, 60, 70+ that includes dumbbells, AMRAP, Met Con, EMOM, stretching, yoga, upper and lower body strength, led by a trainer who is in her fifties. Her daily videos include Osteoporosis-friendly options. My point here is that what I found today in your video complements her workouts. I want to maintain and improve my shoulder strength and flexibility, and I can do that with your shoulder exercises, and with other videos of yours that will help to keep me functionally fit into my 80’s. Thanks for all you do on your channel!❤
@margaretflynn1288 hi! Just curious on the channels you follow as I'm trying to add some over 50 flexibility movements.
I did this workout yesterday for the first time, and felt like I already had more mobility in my shoulder. A question I have is: for most (all?) of the exercises, should we be also trying to keep the shoulder blades back and down and squeeze together if possible?
Thank you so much for this very helpful video.
As always, arthritis exercises very helpful.
Just what I needed❣️
Thanks You’re wonderful ❤👍
I can barely lift my left arm to the shoulder level. The pain in the shoulder is excruciating but I am trying with the exercise.
Thank-you, Michelle
I tearfully say Thank-You
I really love your exercises for arthritis. Thank You! ❤
incredible ❤
Excellent , thanks so much .🌈🙏❤️❤️
I have arthritis in my hands (I'm a seamstress and a miniaturist) because of my hobbies. I am happy to have more specific exercises. One thing I do almost every day is raise my arms over my head. I have friends who can't do that and once, neither could I. But I started doing this and I can now do it without discomfort -- my friends haven't grasped that concept yet. Question: After these exercises that are new to my body, I sometimes ache--normal? Love these videos.
Is that what that is I was thinking it was from the weight on each arm and walking half a mile round trip huh ok thank you
So this will help in the long run because I just noticed I was having problems with my right shoulder. I dislocated my left shoulder twice, but that one’s not acting up. It’s my right and so I’m going to the bathroom clicks and now I’m afraid that it’s gonna get dislocated. 😢
More on elbows and arms. Will these shoulder excercises help back tightness?
Hi Michelle You certainly do us all proud for the pain relieving exercises for the shoulders.Keep up the great work. You are doing a great service for us arthritis sufferers.
God Bless you abundantly. Hershal

Turn off alarm in the background. Very annoying.
Michelle, God bless you abundantly for your selflessness.
