Ikr I just looked I saw one for 69k for a 2018 and the 2017 is only 40k fords depreciation is crazy 😭

$mart money! I tend to do the same thing. Why buy it brand new when I can buy it 5 years old with 80% of it’s life left in it at 20% of the price? Ford’s depreciation works in my favor in this instance.
Love the expedition’s exterior, and the navigator’s interior...

I like the lincoln navigator more. I know this is „lower“ class but lincoln is less heavy duty work horse but more luxury, power and style
Emil Krumin I agree it’s more luxurious it’s more comfortable and it has more power with the Ford F-150 Raptors engine 450 hp and 510 lb ft of torque
They wanted the navigator to look a little different then just a Expedition in a dress like GM does with the Escalade

Bryan Messer It gets a lot of nice upgrades too. Better riding suspension, Raptor engine, digital instrument, those front seats with like a million adjustment options and optional air suspension.
The Yamaha key shifter is pretty dope too.

Awesome review actually the Ford Expedition Platinum has an upgrade on power it makes 400 hp and 480 lb ft of torque which is up 25 and 10 from the standard engine . Overall great review and this truck is a great choice for a full size SUV

Its extra hp is the difference between premium vs regular at the pump - no change in the engine or turbo
Platinum trim level receives 400 hp not 375 hp.
That is a great engine, it will be proven worthy for many years to come. The other two engines I think comes close is the Cummins 6.7L Turbo Diesel and the Toyota iForce 5.7L. Doing the math The Ford engine is getting the best fuel rating.
A 19 mpg in 2018 is madness.
Conor Nugent it is a big truck so those numbers are quite reasonable

In my experience with Ecoboost Expeditions, 16-18 is pretty normal and those were the older versions, so.... Not bad. It is like 5500lbs and 20 feet long

You got the horse power and torque wrong in your review. You listed the standard Expedition engine not the Platinum.

I've seen the short one in person and its absolutely hideous. The proportions, the bumper shape makes it look like a big Flex instead of an SUV (saw an older Expedition beside it).

Suburban is far better and why doesn’t anybody wanna talk about the first suv, the suburban and notice how they almost never update their suv ever like ford. Chevys design is time less and fords excuse for a full size suv is designed to look like the suburban. People need to respect the veteran to the suv market not the 20 year old who can’t figure out who he is.
Super Traction As much as I like the Suburban, imma have to say this is better. The the interior is much nicer and it has way more tech and luxury features, and, in my opinion, the exterior looks a bit nicer as well. The Suburban beat the previous gen Expededitions, but this one wins easily, at least until Chevy redesigns theirs.

You think that buying a 70 grand suv at the beginning of its latest generation and just 2-3 years later the manufacturer puts out a brand new suv that replaces your relatively new one and then the real depreciation happens when your truck is now discontinued
