    if you're already eating low fat, like we do, the nuts here are actually helping us to reach our 10 percent calories from fats. remember, 80/10/10 isn't about eliminating all overt fats but rather getting the proper proportion.

    I think I mentioned you can skip the walnuts, even though they are traditional to the recipe. Cashews are slightly lower in calories and fats, and slightly higher in carbohydrates than any other nut. I wouldn't recommend eating large portions of this on a daily basis, but once a month will certainly not kill you.

    This looks good but to much fats with all the nuts.
