Am I the only one that saw the torque go down? 232.66 at 10:53 vs like 190 at the end. Not here to nitpick but wouldn’t it be a more usable tune with the 2hp loss and over 30 more tk? New to Honda engines so someone feel free to tell me if it’s not a fair assessment because of a bad reading or whatever the case may be.
Might have to drop in for a tune as well with my Accord. It's a CG5 with an F23A1 on basic bolt ons (intake, header, exhaust) and I'll be coming from NC like these guys. If they can do it, why not me? Plus Kenny seems like a cool guy lol.

Well there was on my 99 accord..after i tuned it with crome and a p28 ecu with conversion harness the accord would spin in 2nd when vtec hit.. im just wondering if that much is hiding in these newer ecus. The 2.3l was a tractor haha...but my 02 rsx type s had zero bottom...that was all top end. Id be looking for more all over with the crv😊
How much of a difference would a k20z3 head have over the 24? I have a k20z3 in my Integra right now and I plan to switch over to a k24a2 with the same mods as the hatch in your video. Just wondering if the gains of switching the Z3 head over to the k24 would be worth opening up the motor.
Couple h.p but definitely worth going with a 24 bottom and then you dont have to buy a full long block just need a bottom end. Go with the dc 3.2 cams one stage up from what there running in this video

I recently put a stock k20a2 engine harness new hr conversion harness and 50 degree vtc in my k24a2 2001 Integra now it doesn’t go into VTEC smoothly its really choppy preciously had a tune for the 25 degree vtc it also runs a bit rich now what ca I do to fix this I’d be willing to pay for a tune or what ever I need to fix my car thanks 🙏
What's max cam angle used here will 50 degrees not cause p2v contact as k24 has such little valve relief stock pistons keen to know as I'm doing a k24 at the moment and want to use the 50 but keep being told to use the 40 even by drag cartel they told me 40degree
I don’t think people run it all the way to 50. I think max torque is like 38 degrees through the mid range then down to like 20 at redline but every engine is different this is why the dyno is so important. Some people may find power in the higher numbers but setup matters a lot. Basically as far as I understand it. The goal is to make the car have as much positive air pressure in the intake manifold as possible. More pressure on an NA engine. More power. You can see like 1-3 psi positive pressure or more in a nice set up NA build.
Anthony Torres 2.2 are for midrange and overall broad powerband not peak power. The 3.2 or 4 would of yielded the numbers you’re thinking of but also depends on how good the intake and header is

I got a 06 si with a k24a2 from a 06 tsx. I got it tune two weeks ago. Cold air intake and muffler, 215 whp. 250 to the crank.
