    Appreciate you posting this video and Amazon links. After stripping the bleeder valve on my WJ Jeep, I was left wondering if even an extractor would even work on this its so tight/stuck. Instead of mangling it, I was looking for some solution like this when I stumbled on your video. I was having a lot of problems finding the right part to do the couple and you showed the way in your video. :)
    Instead of buying the bit and all that, I'm just buying an appropriately sized screw that fits into the port.

    Dan/ Martin, Thanks for very cogent video. Just curious but I am sure you had intelligent reason. Couldn't just use the existing 1/8 NPT thread and use 6AN to 1/8 NPT adapter without rethreading to 3/8? You know I am trying to take a short cut. LOL. Please explain the reason behind it when you get a chance. Thanks!

    Will all the air leave the system if i use a bleeding funnel instead on a 4,7 ?

    • @ProjectDanH
      @ProjectDanH  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It definitely helps prevent air from entering the system when you fill it, however, it probably wont remove air already trapped inside.

      this can absolutely be done on a 4.0, althogh the 4.0 doesnt have a bleeder like the 4.7. the links to the parts are in the description, they cost about 50bucks. hand off my crappy scissors!
