Notice Wirbel said that the demon activity started up 29 years ago. It's also when Aura the Guillotine started back up. It was because of Himmel's death. Regardless of his age, they still waited until he was dead before trying to make a move. That's how scared the demons were of Himmel the Hero.
One thing for sure about the first test....They don't need to kill each others ..the proctore didn't say about killing to pass....Stealing are for sure allowed ....dying would be a waste for potential mage to become first class
