Serie has the same voice actor as Killua and Ray. Also glad to see that you noticed thay Richter doesn't really want to kill Lawine and Kanne. Few reactors do.
@@barbaros99 I mean he said his intention himself. He would only kill them if Denken loses. Meaning he listened to what Denken told him before. To not kill the girls and let Denken fight Frieren. 7:11 At this point he already defeated them and they are just watching the outcome of Denkens fight. If he killed them and he could have, then Frierens team would have lost here. But its good that Denkens words had an influence on him and he didnt.

I agree, ladies. This series does a great job of endearing characters to the audience. I want to know more about damn near each character that was introduced during these exams.
I really like your discussion about how mages from peaceful era have different view of magic than mages from recent times or mages befor Demon King's death. The show will tap more into this later but it's nice you noticed this difference early on.
It's also pretty clear that the mass based attacks are great for getting through mana shields, which we've seen humans using but not demons using. It's like newer mages are employing tactics that are better against human enemies, whereas the older mages (or mages like Fern directly trained by old mages) use tactics that are more anti-demon.
The show has done a pretty good job at letting us know how insanely difficult it is to catch a bird, even Frieren had only one spell to catch it and it required her to be close , the characters aren’t stupid I’m sure they weigh their options
Tell you what though... whether or not Ubel is able to form relationships with other people, some fans of this anime look ready to form a relationship with Ubel.
I'll give credit to the dub for changing the line "It's going to break" to "Then 'never' is here". Something about that change just feels better when Frieren breaks the barrier.
I love how Frieren and Fern are fighting for their lives while Stark is acting like a little kid who's parents aren't home. "I can stay up late and drink all the orange juice I want! This is great!"
It's not the most popular anime, and don't know if you would even make a series of it. But I am confident you would LOVE "My Roommate Is A Cat" I only started watching it cos I was bored, and I ended up crying my eyes out. Even if you don't film it you should watch cos it's a lovely series. Only a single season, but wraps up nice.

The next episodes are crazy, the animation on episode 26 and 27 will blow your mind
Frieren was talking about people with less mana than her who beat her so Serie probably doesnt fit that.
