      This was awesome!!!! Question! Where can you find a gymnastics center that is for adults?!??? I would loveeeee to do this but every time I google places around me it’s all for kids. Which is great but sucks for adults like me.

    It's really nice to hear someone so in shape say that they don't feel the need to workout every day, and that this would just be an ideal week. I find myself feeling so guilty when I skip a day and feeling like I'm 'falling behind'(?) the people that I aspire to look more like. This is a great video!!

    Thanks for being a great role model for me! I used to train to just look a certain way, but ever since watching your videos its really changed my mind set towards fitness. Also I was a gymnast for 10 years and your form is great just so you know! And visualization really helps with getting over fears of skills. Just picturing yourself doing the skill successfully helps so much more than you think. Love ya!

      great question! No not really, any times I get anxious are if I'm trying to go for PB for a squat but only because deep down I know that I'm not feeling super up for it (not sure if that made sense lol) other than that I'm always excited to workout! xxx

      @@natachaoceane omg totally! that makes a lot of sense. Once a week I do an insanity workout and hit the squat rack at the gym and anytime I do PYLO or a leg day my heart and mind just races and I get really anxious.

Yep, I'm working on releasing a functional training guide, a HIIT workout guide (just lots of HIIT moves and help on how to create HIIT workouts but not weeks of programming as such) and a follow up to CUT. with the same principles in nutrition and training but different workouts for those who enjoyed it and want to try again the following the year but with a different set of workouts (: xxx

    It made me so happy to hear that you take roughly 2 rest days a week because I just really injured my back, quite probably due to overtraining cause i literally have not taken a rest day for about a year. I have been forced o rest these past 2 days and ugh its made me feel so guilty, but knowing that it is good to take a rest and recover is a relief and a valuable lesson to me. thank you for being such an inspiration and source of knowledge and love. you are truly my favourite youtube and influencer

    i had the exact same thing with pole, i came back after over a year away on placement and i've lost so many of the moves i had and everyone else has progressed so much. really knocked my confidence and motivation for it but seeing you inspires me to keep trying !

    These type of videos really give me a lot of motivation. I was feeling soooo lazy the other day, just laying around on my hpone with no motivation to do anything at all. And i watched few of your workout videos and suddenly i wanted to work out. Its not how you look that motivates me, but how you look during the session. Like, i wanted to be able to do the things you can, and i know to achieve that i need to keep going lol and dont let my laziness take control. So, i got up and did a workout after this video. I like these videos, please keep them up. Thank you for the motivation.

    GIRL! Okay so I did a combo of a few of these exercises for my whole body day, and let me tell you my legs are DEAD! Literally two days after and I still can barely walk, I haven’t had a good workout like that in so so long and it feels amazing. Absolutely love this style of training, gonna keep trying it out and experimenting it for abit I am obsessedddd! 😍😍❤️

    You are incredible in the gym!! I was wondering if you could do a beginner workout to build the strength required to do those types of movements. You must have a lot of strength in your arms and abs so I was wondering what the foundation is to get that? Obviously practice makes perfect for those complex/body weight moves but there must be some things we can do in the meantime to build significant strength 😍💪

As I'm getting back to Uni today I'll try to find a good balance between trainings and classes + library life, I'm thinking about a workout split that could work and fit in my schedule, and this video + all your content really help!       @@piperalice I agree - her physique and strength to weight ratio lend herself more to climbing on rope than bouldering. I'm sure she'd be awesome at both, but even moreso on lead!

    OMG!!! The pistol squats with weights on Saturday!!! You are amazing!!! I can only do 2-3 on both legs, but without weights, and my knees are not that young any more 😖😔

      hey sweetie!! I hear you! I post less awkward stuff on my IG which are things I did to build up to what I'm doing now (: I really believe in you though!! There's a quote that really helps me whenever I feel self conscious and it goes : “You wouldn't worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do.” by Eleanor Roosevelt. it really hit me hard because just as I was thinking about myself so much, I wasn't thinking about anyone else and I realised everyone around me was doing the same! Then I no longer feel so self conscious (:

    Tumbling is a complete mind game and is unlike any sport so keep your head up. One thing I find that helps me is imagining the more in my head and let my muscle memory kick in.
