Hey everyone! So I've had quite a few requests for a video on how to start at the gym and I really hope this is helpful! My next video will be a return to How I'm Getting Lean for Summer, so let me know what topics you want me to cover with regards to how I'm eating or training and I'll do my best! Lots of love!
Natacha Océane I love your previous video on functional workout/varies way to get fit. Hope to see them more! It inspire me to getting stronger and be more active!
+Kim Nguyen hey Kim! I'll keep it in mind! I don't know if I've ever shown just a video on functional training and all the ways it can be used to get leaner or to develop power so that could be a great idea! I really love it and think people could find it a lot of fun 😊
Natacha Océane yes please do a video on functional training😍I really want to incorporate it into my training but I'm not exactly sure how to go about it ❤️
Natacha Océane I love these types of videos but I would really like to see your pre and post workout meals when you are getting lean for summer because I have amazing workouts but other than my protein shakes and bcaas I don't know what to eat before and after. Sending big love I think it's so great that you are showing young women that strong is beautiful XX
+Leah Ogunyemi hey Leah! That makes sense and I try to give a feel for what a day looks like for me in my How I am Getting Lean for Summer videos. It might look like I don't have a pre or post workout type of meal or routine and that's because I don't. I try to guide myself towards a target range of macros that I now know fuels me well but I don't have any rules whatsoever on food timing, pre/post working routines etc. I have found that they make marginal, if any, difference to my performance and there is not conclusive scientific evidence that I would trust enough that shows that supports it. So for now I'm more than happy sticking to my macros and listening to my body ahead of and after workouts and avoiding restrictions! I hope they made sense! Did I answer your question or was there something more specific that I missed? Lots of love! Xx
I love how she pushes herself every time she works out. You can see she’s going hard no matter if she’s making a video or not. That’s inspirational bro. Inspirational
I just joined a gym and I'm so self conscious to try any of the weights or resistance training machines. I just do classes and go home, which is still good for me, but I wish I felt good just doing weight training without worrying about people judging me.
I was the same way but it really gets better the more you go. Try mastering the form and the exercise with just your body weight while you’re at home. Then at the gym start with low weights so your form stays correct. Start small and work your way up! Everybody starts somewhere
That's a REAL workout! No posing or showing off, just straight up focus and determination to finish the moves. If you're not sweaty and making crazy faces, you're not getting an effective workout.
I always try to go to the weight lifting section of the gym, but I always find it so awkward because I'm the only female in the room. The guys have their attention on me and its sometimes uncomfortable. is this just me?
+Hanako Fiona hey lovely! I remember so well when this used to happen to me! Where are you from? I genuinely used to find it uncomfortable a lot of pressure when I would go into the weights section for the first couple of weeks but I decided I was just going to stick to it and eventually it became so normal. When I would walk in after that, nobody batted an eyelid as if I was just another guy! 😊 plus once I did more girls started joining slowly when it felt less uncomfortable for them. I'd say if you really want to go for it then just do it and in a month's time it'll all be forgotten about! Xxx
hey, thanks for the reply! I'm from San Francisco 👍🏻 and I'm glad it's not just me! I'll try going to the weights section next time and see how it goes. Hopefully it'll get less uncomfortable. I really enjoy your videos btw!😊
+randee k that's a good idea! I'll try to do a functional training dedicated video soon! I think I already have one on my favourite functional moves as a starting point until then! Xxx
I am a 16 years old teenage girl and I made it : I went to the weight lifting section of my gym ! And i freaking loved it. Now i am addicted to it and looking forward to seeing results.
Do you see any results? I am way to scared to even go to the gym... i finallly got myself together and i went this morning. I did two machines and left. I felt so out of place..
GIRLL YESS!! im 15 and i really want to start but im scared, i don’t know the correct form and i don’t have enough money for a personal trainer. Howd you go upon that??
wow Natacha you always explain things so clearly!! I often watch your videos and feel like I kind of already know a bit about what you're going to talk about but then you have so much information and I'm like :O amazing video!!
Out of all the fitness people on instagram and youtube, you are by FAR the most genuine and informative channel!! I've learned so much from you, and you're truly inspiring! You are so intelligent and I'm so thankful I found your channel!!
2 months ago i finally started weight lifting. For a long time i was really scared to start. just asking someboding for help is all you need and i feld so much more confident in the gym in a few weeks. Just do it!
+marlou yep that's it! I'm always asking for people to help me, even if it's just if they can film a set of squats or something similar so I can watch it back and assess myself 😊 it makes a big difference right!? Xxx
Natacha Océane Yes! The gym of my university is giving a course in September about the technique of all the compound exercises. I'm really looking forward to it🤗 p.s. Thanks for all the information you give us!!
I’m gonna start going to the gym again after a year of not doing so. This has motivated me and I can’t wait to wake up in the morning and feel my heart racing again. Thank you! :)
People always say the Kayla Itsines is "only 3 days a week!" But fail to mention 3 Days a week strength and HIIT and 3 Days a week of LISS! So six days a week in reality☺️ The LISS you talk about is a big reason why so many of her followers get lean and fit! This video really simplifies it all so honestly and directly do we can set our own goals and actually reach them! Many Thanks!!!!
+jzouzie1 amazing! I'm so glad it's helpful! I honestly think good information is the most powerful tool to enable people to succeed and sometimes it can be lacking a little or communicated a little unclearly so I really take ages researching and experimenting and going through every video sentence by sentence! Unfortunately that's why my uploads can be a little slow or irregular but I'll try to speed up 😵 thanks for the love! Xxx😘😘😘
I see so many women saying they're too shy &/ self-conscious to do weights at the gym. Lucky me when I first started out I just didn't give a fvck about who what when where. I just did it coz I was there anywhere and I got used to it. Point is just don't care. You do you, sis. Take care and love yourself. Everybody else can fvck off.
Hi. Thanks for the advice! I used to be a rower and was taught the correct form on the erg (rowing machine). Most people bend their knees as soon as they begin to move forward, but this means that you have to pass your hands over your bent knees and it interrupts the flow. If you straighten your arms before beginning to bend your legs, you avoid this problem. It feels weird at first, but you would get used to it and feel free to ignore this as it is only a minor point. The rest of your form looks good (on the erg, that is. I am definitely not in the position to asses anything else!).
Hey Saoirse!! Thank you so much for the tips! Definitely agree with you, I’ve since been taught that technique as I found I was really inefficient at rowing! They told me the same as you have so I’m really thankful, especially as you used to be a rower (: xxx
Just lost about 7kg and now working on building muscle !! This video has helped me so much with that!! Natacha I am such a fan and you are so inspirational to me!! Just your mindset gives me really good vibes. You are so different from the other youtubers who are like eating barely anything or all those superfoods and work out with a personal trainer. You just show that it's possible with normal food, a normal life style and definitely on your own!! Just wanted to put that out there ❤️
+Romeex3 this put the biggest smile on my face! You basically touched on what I think is so important - making people feel like they really can look and perform exactly how they want without all the big investments and changes to their lifestyle! Thanks so much for this comment and for supporting 🤗😘😘
This video is everything. I have watched so many of these over the years regurgitating the same information but contradicting in advice. You cover it all with science and explain all sides!!!! Ill rewatch this so many times. Youre awesome! so glad i found you!
I am amazed what your body can do. That guide was awesome. the best I've ever seen. I am dreadful to go to the gym... Getting sweaty near other people, doing "weird" movements, using machines I've never used before. This was very helpful
love you girly you put so much love and effort into your videos and it makes a difference to so many people. you honestly deserve so much for everything you put in to help people!
+animemachinex3 Hey Singapore 😳🤗 I find that just so amazing to think of haha! There's so much you can do with resistance training and you honestly can tailor it to whatever you're trying to achieve, and because of that I feel like it's a more versatile tool than typical cardio so I hope you give it a go and start to live it even if it feels a little weird at first 😊 I hope it goes really well! 💪
Thank you Natacha! I will definitely try that out. You are a gem and I'm so glad I found you :) I just found out from your other video that your grandfather is from Singapore. What a coincidence!! You must come visit at least once in your life!
On the recovery portion of the Row machine you want to thrust your arms forward before you raise your knees. Done incorrectly in a boat the oar will hit the water and snap it flat against the hull with great force, often ejecting the rower into the water. Called catching a crab.
Kudos to doing sprints on the treadmill... I didn’t think of just leaving the treadmill on the speed and jumping off on intervals. The speeding up and slowing down can be a drag on intervals!
I'm not even that into working out, all I do is just doing cardio or aerobic at home but I must say this video is soooooo detailed, helpful and somehow really does give me motivation to work out (even at home). I really like you and your video :x !!!
I first wanted to loose some weight but since I followed few chanels about work out, I changed my goals to get lean and build strength. I must say that your videos are so great that give a typical asian girl like me motivation, definitely one of the most favorite youtube chanels ! keep it up, girl ! lots of love
This video was extremely helpful and high in quality like all of our videos. I have quite recently found your channel but you're about to become my favourite fitness youtuber❤
I watch lot of videos on youtube and usually I don't watch them to the end (or I just watch bits of it) BUT there's one exception: YOUR VIDEOS! I love every video of yours and I watch the from the first second to the last
+my_bearbear fan hey that's so nice of you to say! People enjoying these videos always makes me so happy 😊 how comes you can't go to the gym? Hopefully not an injury!
excellent video!! i really enjoy all these types of training as well and try to incorporate them all, i'm not nearly strong enough yet to do most calisthenics things but one day! you inspire me to take my training to the next level! lots of love xoxo
+Virginia Catherine Hart hey Virginia, we're in the same boat on the callisthenics but it's still so exciting to practice and to look forward to being able to do more moves 😍 let me know how you go! Xx
I just found you. Thank you for making this video! It is so helpful for those of us that are completely new at weights and haven’t been working out for a while. Question: if one has major low muscle and even some posture and ligament weakness, are there mods to say a pressup (or is it just the knee one?) I have really found some exercises hard on my body in ways they shouldn’t be and don’t know how to fix that.
wow !!! love the faces ! you are motivation! Im back to the gym after 2 years I feel so lost at the gym right now. Can you do a video on how to feel more confident at the gym for bigginers? please!!! I dont have a partner for the gym I feel like I need more confidence to start using the weights and practice do the exercises you show us ! thanks girl! 💕 I am watching you from San Diego, CA!
Awesome video for those that aren't sure where to start or how to.... loved it. Keep up the great work! Love your channel. Im going to incorporate some of this....!
I love that you can see that it is really difficult and sore. I hate watching these videos and seeing someone looking perfect. Natacha looks like she's in agony sometimes and is really pushing through it which is my face at all times in the gym XD
Don’t worry guys we have all been there! But don’t stress; there are good materials out there that can help and I hope it does. I’ve honestly made it a goal to pay it forward to people like yourselves to be able to learn without paying a trainer (even though I am one!)
Honestly, you don't reeeeally need one if you can't afford one. All you need is a big mirror and google/youtube. Search for common mistakes/proper posture during weight lifting on google, then find a desired workout video you could follow along. But don't just jump into it, really try paying attention to exactly how they're performing the workout - I like videos where they demonstrate from all sides so you get a better idea of what the exercise looks like. If you don't have a big mirror at home, find a gym that has them - or if everything's closed in your country right now, you could ask a friend over to help you see if your posture is correct, or even work out with you. It's harder asking for help/getting started than it is when you're already working out! Also, I'd recommend starting with smaller weights even if they feel too light for you, then once you're comfortable with the exercise/s switch to a slightly heavier weight, because it's better for your body to get used to the exercise and do it correctly than use heavy weights and injure yourself.
I decided to start going to the gym at an earlier age, which I’m glad I did because I got an induction day from a trainer who showed me how to use all the equipment, however, I feel I don’t have a good routine down? Like there is no point of just doing crunches if you want abs etc lol
Miney gaming Haha, did you have supervision while training? In gyms in my area under the age 16 there needs to be parent with kid in the gym :) but I am scared to ask my mum to go with me, cause she will probably say no :/
+Vera Haarsma hey Vera! I'm glad you do because it's so much fun and really effective for developing strength and getting leaner too depending on how you use it! I have a video on some of my favourite functional moves but I'll try to make some more content on it going forward! Have you tried it before? Xx
Natacha Océane Heyy! Love it when you interact with your subscribers!! I try to get stronger in my upper body with calisthenics moves but I feel like 'functional training' has more options. I didn't do much research about it either but on youtube I can't find good content wich suits me. The video fragments I see in you videos actually make me really enthusiastic about it, so I would reeeally enjoy to see more! Greats from you neighbour-country, the Netherlands 😘
+Vera Haarsma ok I've made a note and I will do my best to do a video on functional training with clear explanations for beginners and info on how you can transition into more advanced moves. Where are you from in the Netherlands?? 🤗😊
I really like how honest and real you are!! Can you do a video on your TH-cam journey? Did you struggle before you start it? I really want to start one but I'm so hesitate and scared. Thanks so much.
+Linda&Zoey's Kitchen hey 😁 so I touched on this on my last Q&A video and I can go into it in more detail if you remind me ahead of the next Q&A! It's a huge amount of fun but it takes a lot of work, probably a lot more than it seems at first. What are you scared of? I can try to answer on here for now! X
Natacha Océane I'm scared that I'm not professional enough, and that nobody will watch my video. And that I don't know how to explain to others what I'm doing. I really want to create my own channel and share my passion through videos, but I just don't get any support and don't know how to start >_
Really like how you edit your vids! They're filled to the brim with useful info yet always to the point, great clips with clear and concise explanations, etc, etc, etc. Also, are you from north London? Noticed a sign in another one of your vids that suggested you were so i'm just asking out of curiosity ahah Keep up the fab work! :)
+Melis Ulusoy thanks Melis! It takes me a while of editing and sometimes having to refilm so it's so nice to know it's appreciated!! 😆 I am sort of! I'm around there all the time for a bunch of reasons. Are you from London? Xx
This video was amazing as always :) You're the only youtuber I use notifications for and the only one where I actually watch the whole video with genuine interest 💞 Was wondering if you could briefly explain how to find the right workout shoes (for people who are also in the UK) because I never really know where to look as most stores in my town tend to just sell flimsy fashion trainers?
Really good! 😊 I don't know how to put all of this together to a complete exercise routine over the week though! If I do bodybuilding exercises 2 days /week I need to rest also to build the muscles. When do I do all the callistenichs and cardio without disturbing the recovery from the bodybuilding? I really don't know how to put it all together! 😞
Thank you so much for this video!! It was very informative, and having you doing these workouts as an example made it really easy to understand. I had no idea I needed all these information hahaha, again, thanks a lot!
+Kenne Phimmasonsouk thanks! I remember your comments from way back when so thanks so much for putting up with me and sticking around! Lots of love! Xxx
I do love your really practical approach and way you can explain things simply so new people to fitness can be empowered. Great job.... I always love seeing you lateral jump. I'm so clumsy, I'd stack it. I had an incident where I managed to flip Tabasco sauce directly in my eye this morning at breakfast. Current findings are, long term, Tabasco sauce is none-blinding but definitely short term. Can you do another clothing haul soon too? Thanks N, great vid xxx
+Andrea hahah this made me laugh! I love how you turned it into research 😂 ok I will keep it in mind and do a video when I feel like I have a few more new pieces to show! Thanks for the video idea - it's always so helpful - and for the support! Lots of love Andrea! Xxx
Yes I need this single mom and been struggling with my weight and mental health. Now my son is 4 years old I have more time. So I really want to go gym and be healthy and happy. Should I get a personal instructor??? For a beginners to working out at the gym. I love your videos.
This is brilliant! Your organized thinking is part of what really makes your videos the best! Everything spelled out in ways that save us TONS of trial and error!🙏👍👌💪🏼
Hi Natacha, you're one of my favourite youtubers lately, love tracking your videos, keep up with great work girl! :) My favourite type of training is definetely HIIT, would be great if you told something more about it or prepared some workout, looking forward to it! Regards :)
Hey!! Thanks for this! I've been struggling a lot lately and your videos are always sooo helpful! Thanks for the great information and for being such an inspiration! Keep up what you're doing, love you x. 😘
+Poppy Bone thank you so much Poppy!! I spent a while rearranging clips etc. To make it all sound logical so I'm glad it made sense in the end!! Are you training for a particular goal? Xx
Fun Fact (for those who didn’t know already): Calisthenics is an actual sport, not just a gym workout or whatever people from other countries think it is. It’s only in Australia, but my friend does it. She says it’s basically like dance and gymnastics combined with a little cheerleading thrown in too.
Started the gym officially today and found out my metabolic rate is 33 thats 15 years older than I am! But it does motivate me to get strong and your videos are super helpful
+Cara Dillon hey Cara! I'm not completely sure how accurate that analysis is to be honest and I would take those stats lightly. I hope you make yourself proud and get stronger than you thought you could! 😘xxx
I know this video is old but i’m feeling insecure. Five months ago I started with bodyweight for the first time, and went from not being able to do a push up on my knees to being able to do ten regular push ups in a row. But i’m working on that “whole gain muscle to improve metabolism and get out of restriction cycle” thing and i’m scared bodyweight won’t be enough to gain muscle and i’m just wasting my time... at the same time i’m IN LOVE with the exercises i’m doing. Idk what to do so i’m just rambling ~
Natacha Océane I'm actually doing a bit of everything. I like variation and I also get bored quite easily... But at the moment I mostly do weight training and cardio and I used to do a lot of pilates❤️ xx
Hey everyone! So I've had quite a few requests for a video on how to start at the gym and I really hope this is helpful!

Although I do think she pushes herself hard, you can't actually see what she does when she's not making the video... That's kind of the point ;-)
jlammetje “that’s kind of the point” no the point is to help and inspire? Why would the point be to not know what she’s doing off camera? Dafuq lol

Natacha Océane ❤️❤️❤️ I am super happy that it made you happy 😊😊 I'll definitely keep watching your videos. Keep up the great work!!
Im allergic to exersize- everytime i do it it makes me sweaty, makes my heart beat fast and my muscles ache :(
@@nikolinas6489 its a joke...
Try doing just a couple minutes and work your way up
Same
Same here.
I cannot understand how you don't have more subscribers! You always deliver quality videos! Love them. Keep them coming please :)
+Annabel Gauci thank you so much! We'll get there but as long as people get value out of these videos I'm more than happy!! Xxx
Thank you for creating a video such as this , it really helps clarify and make the process of choosing what type of training to do less intimidating
You’re welcome Evelyn ❤️❤️ all my love xx
love you girly you put so much love and effort into your videos and it makes a difference to so many people. you honestly deserve so much for everything you put in to help people!
Hello from Singapore! The first youtuber to make me motivated to actually go to the gym to lift weights and not just run on the threadmill :)
Can I just do a work out with you
+Julieswonderworld one day I'll do my best to make something like this happen!
If i ever go to Europe Id definitely want to! I'm pretty sure all your TH-cam fans would love that!
On the recovery portion of the Row machine you want to thrust your arms forward before you raise your knees. Done incorrectly in a boat the oar will hit the water and snap it flat against the hull with great force, often ejecting the rower into the water. Called catching a crab.
I'm new to your channel and I find all your content super helpful and very pleasant! Thanks for being real and sharing with us, keep it up!
Kudos to doing sprints on the treadmill... I didn’t think of just leaving the treadmill on the speed and jumping off on intervals. The speeding up and slowing down can be a drag on intervals!
Functionality and purpose with any movement is the most important thing! :) great stuff!
I'm not even that into working out, all I do is just doing cardio or aerobic at home but I must say this video is soooooo detailed, helpful and somehow really does give me motivation to work out (even at home). I really like you and your video :x !!!
+seisouji124 that's great, thanks so much for watching and I'm glad you find it motivating to watch! Do you train for anything in particular? Xx
I first wanted to loose some weight but since I followed few chanels about work out, I changed my goals to get lean and build strength. I must say that your videos are so great that give a typical asian girl like me motivation, definitely one of the most favorite youtube chanels ! keep it up, girl ! lots of love
+seisouji124 amazing! It's all you so I hope you give yourself all the credit! 😘😘
you seem so genuine and you inspire to do better at the gym!!
+Elizabeth C thank you Elizabeth 😊 i really appreciate the support so much xxx
This video was extremely helpful and high in quality like all of our videos. I have quite recently found your channel but you're about to become my favourite fitness youtuber❤
+scoubi dou haha amazing! Xxx
Thanks for answering
+my_bearbear fan (madzia) Sorry to hear that. You should educate your parents about the physical and mental health benefits of exercising! :)
excellent video!! i really enjoy all these types of training as well and try to incorporate them all, i'm not nearly strong enough yet to do most calisthenics things but one day! you inspire me to take my training to the next level! lots of love xoxo
I look forward to your videos every time you upload, so educational and helpful!! Thank you girl I appreciate it x
+Kelsey 😘😘😘
Her jumps though 😳 she's great.
Awesome video for those that aren't sure where to start or how to.... loved it. Keep up the great work! Love your channel. Im going to incorporate some of this....!
+Catherine Marie thank you Catherine! And let me know what you try and how it goes!xx
This is THE most helpful training video I have found!! Thank you so much!!!
Great tips! I just joined a gym but don't know where to start. This was helpful.
I love that you can see that it is really difficult and sore. I hate watching these videos and seeing someone looking perfect. Natacha looks like she's in agony sometimes and is really pushing through it which is my face at all times in the gym XD
Her push ups are perfect form oh my
I wish I could afford a personal trainer. I want to start weight lifting but I’m too afraid of doing it wrong and someone judging me fbdbdbdb
Same I have no idea how to start
Yes! Me too! I’ve been looking at form videos on TH-cam, so maybe start there and practice it body weight before heading to the gym
At 6:00 she tells you advanced functional training moves. Thanks! Spectacular video
Thanks so much beautiful, so happy you found it useful! 🤗
I decided to start going to the gym at an earlier age, which I’m glad I did because I got an induction day from a trainer who showed me how to use all the equipment, however, I feel I don’t have a good routine down? Like there is no point of just doing crunches if you want abs etc lol
Miney gaming What age did you start going to the gym? I am 14 and want to go, but not sure...
Marina Gradac 14 :D
Miney gaming Haha, did you have supervision while training? In gyms in my area under the age 16 there needs to be parent with kid in the gym :) but I am scared to ask my mum to go with me, cause she will probably say no :/
Victoria Muskaluk Thanks so much for the free plan! Just got my email :)
I’m too scared to go :(
Guuuurl, your body 😍 you look so good! The way you pushed through your workouts was so motivating 🔥
I would love to see more videos about functional training! Workouts, explenations and so on
+Vera Haarsma hey Vera!
Vera Haarsma hey Vera! Waar haal jij je calisthenics inspiratie vandaan? 😊 Ik ben er ook erg in geïnteresseerd, maar weet niet waar ik kan starten..
Amazingly helpful video. Thank you so so much Natacha, I genuinely think you are the best youtuber.
Noticed a sign in another one of your vids that suggested you were so i'm just asking out of curiosity ahah
Keep up the fab work! :)
+Melis Ulusoy thanks Melis! It takes me a while of editing and sometimes having to refilm so it's so nice to know it's appreciated!! 😆 I am sort of! I'm around there all the time for a bunch of reasons. Are you from London? Xx
You're welcome!
Yeah haha near Enfield! :)
This video was amazing as always :) You're the only youtuber I use notifications for and the only one where I actually watch the whole video with genuine interest 💞 Was wondering if you could briefly explain how to find the right workout shoes (for people who are also in the UK) because I never really know where to look as most stores in my town tend to just sell flimsy fashion trainers?
this is such an amazing overview! So concise, easy to understand and really covers all bases :) Thanks Natacha! xx
Great video Natacha, really informative! hopefully see you around the gym!xx
+stephanie axelsen haha it would be funny, hopefully soon! Xx
Best youtuber and trainer ever ! Some really bad MOTIVATION is going on !!!
Love from Germany
+Amara Atc thanks Amara! Lots of love! 😘
So packed full of great information! I am excited to try calisthenics and box jumping moves! Enjoyed this a lot 💗
+Melissa G they are awesome, I really recommend them! I always feel great after. Have you tried before or will it be the very first time? Xx
You’re literally the best youtuber. This was so much helpful! Lots of love 💕
You are my favorite fitness TH-camr 😊 You work hard for your body and it shows!!
Glad to see how big your TH-cam has grown! Congrats
+Kenne Phimmasonsouk thanks! I remember your comments from way back when so thanks so much for putting up with me and sticking around! Lots of love! Xxx
Functional training looks like so much fun!
Xxx
I love your videos Natacha! You are an inspiration to me and I thank you greatly for that. Thanks for helping me find my happy place! Lots of Love! ;)
Yes I need this single mom and been struggling with my weight and mental health. Now my son is 4 years old I have more time. So I really want to go gym and be healthy and happy. Should I get a personal instructor??? For a beginners to working out at the gym. I love your videos.
Well done video!! You put so much effort into your videos and they are awesome! LOVE your channel ❤️❤️❤️
+Girly Gains thank you! I really obsess a little while editing all of them so it's always good to know it's worth it!
its so nice to see someone shake during exercises 😂 i used to think i was weak for doing so but this reassured me ty!!
the last bit gives me anxiety but you look so effortless
Thank you for making this! This is so informative and fun to watch :)
This is brilliant! Your organized thinking is part of what really makes your videos the best! Everything spelled out in ways that save us TONS of trial and error!🙏👍👌💪🏼
This video was so so helpful!!! Thanks Natacha!
+Vivian Velásquez you're more than welcome and thanks for being so sweet! Lots of love xxxx
So useful thanks!! Can you please do a video on technique for different ways to squat with weights ect? X
This video helped me so much it was what I was really looking for and you explained it all perfectly. Love you millions xx
+Poppy Bone thank you so much Poppy!! I spent a while rearranging clips etc. To make it all sound logical so I'm glad it made sense in the end!! Are you training for a particular goal? Xx
LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS VIDEO!! So helpful!
Fun Fact (for those who didn’t know already): Calisthenics is an actual sport, not just a gym workout or whatever people from other countries think it is. It’s only in Australia, but my friend does it. She says it’s basically like dance and gymnastics combined with a little cheerleading thrown in too.
Sneaky glance at 2:58 XD.
can you blame the guy? lol
Ryan Froese it’s her boyfriend lol
Diana S he’s talking about the guy that walks past behind him
so we not gonna talk about that lady giving her shady looks when she was on the leg press
😘xxx
Natacha Océane Yeah that is a good point! and thanks to your videos you have inspired me to really try😊
+Cara Dillon 😘😘
Nice and informative. As a complete newbie I still feel overwhelmed and not sure where to start 😅
I just have to say, I think you are very inspirational and I love your workouts! thank you! You are awesome!
I wish I had your confidence in the gym
You can have it just believe that you have it
Just focus on yourself and your progress
OMG you're soooo strong and look amazing! You can be SO proud of you!
+girl for happiness thank you so much lovely! I enjoy getting better so so much and it makes me so happy 🙈😝 xxx
I am so glad i found you! This was explained in such an easy way! 💪🏻💘
She squatting that 100!? Its a rare sight to see with girls in my own experience , Its nice to see she pushed herself that far!!
Thank you sooo much! Such a good timing i just wanted to inform myself about training.
+Jami H it was meant to be 💪 let me know how it goes and if you have any questions 😊 good luck with it all! Xx
As always, loved the video! Great tips 😃. Thank you!
+Lori Wait you're always welcome Lori!! Have a great week!! 😁😁
Such a helpful video👍🏻I really like that you focused on more than just one type of training❤️ xx
+Maria Thrane thanks Maria 🤗 do you do any of these at the moment? I love them all for their own reasons 😊
Natacha Océane I'm actually doing a bit of everything. I like variation and I also get bored quite easily... But at the moment I mostly do weight training and cardio and I used to do a lot of pilates❤️ xx
Feel so incredibly motivated to get back into gym now 💪🏼😂❤️ thank you so much!❤️
+Nadia Steyn anytime Nadia! You go and crush whatever your chasing and come back and tell me about it 🤗😘😘
