Ash- your channel provides what I've been looking for: straightforward, straight to the point, explained stretches and routines to help functional activity at lengths that suit moments when you've got more time, or less. Keep it coming!
Thank you so much for your feedback Sam, its a little boost to read that you get what I'm trying to achieve with this channel. I want to make it as easy as possible for us busy people to get in the work we need. Lots more to come in 2024!!
My 5-year old joined me for this one. We had a good laugh as she tried to connect her movements together. Run Better with Ash is fun for the whole family!
Aww that’s amazing!!! My 2 little girls (3 and 6) like to join in my morning stretch and climb all over me 😂 such a healthy thing to model to your children 🙌🏻
This is the first core video I didn't hate (haha :D), or which didn't make me feel disappointed at myself. Thank you, I'm totally a huge fan of your channel 😊
I found your videos a month ago and I’ve been feeling quite positive about stretching. I feel so relaxed doing them. Thank you for sharing and for having that relaxed attitude towards running 👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks Ash! Look forward to feeling that more tomorrow! Love that you keep it fun x I can progress to full side plank.. took knee option today as don't do much core!
Well done for doing this workout Virginia 🙌🏻 A strong core creates a solid foundation for the torso when running so it’s so beneficial this type of work 😊
You're so welcome Valentina! Glad my channel has become part of your running routine, I appreciate you stretching with me and commenting, thank you too 🙏😀
Hey Ash a much needed nudge I know ve neglected the core - feeling very one sided (guess hockey adds to that!) gong to find time to get this into my practice-. found feet slipping with the bear crawls- abs not working ? or practice? thanks again, Ali 😃
Hi Ali! Thank you for your comment! I'm thrilled to hear that the core workout provided that much-needed nudge for you. It's completely understandable how certain activities, like hockey, can create imbalances in our bodies. Regarding the bear crawls, slipping feet can be a common issue. When doing bear crawls, focus on tightening your core muscles and maintaining a stable core throughout the movement. Also, ensure that your hands are directly under your shoulders, and your knees are under your hips to create a solid foundation. Consistency in practice will undoubtedly improve your bear crawls over time, and your abs will gradually become more engaged. Remember, progress takes time, and it's all about finding that balance and strengthening the right muscles. Keep up the great work, Ali, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions or need further guidance. I'm here to support you on your journey! 😃🏋️♀️💪
What an amazing little abs burner! Also the twists felt so nice for my lower back! Wonderful to do after a 3hrs training session at work 😊
You are on fire with the amount of work you are doing out of your running shoes Valerie 👍🏻👍🏻🙌🏻😊
