      Happy to help as always Michelle. Can be from previous workout or walk, maybe a difference surface we’ve run on or maybe muscles in lower legs need strengthening. Any number of things.

    Thanks for this Ash I hurt my ankle last Monday and stupidly ran on it 😥 so I thought this would help build it back up a bit. Now Resting it as much as I can with ice and elevation.
