    Very informative thanks, to the ppl that say that the tutorial was to fast for them, You can make it slow down by clicking on the 3 dots top right side of the tutorial you have normal and slower speed.

      That's a great tip for folks. I think TH-cam must've developed that feature just for tutorials, because we've used several different speeds of instruction over the years and what we've found is that there truly isn't a right speed for everyone.

    Thank you.

    Another idea would be to just run a cord or chain right through the tube, and connect the clasp to that.

    This is great! I'm not familiar with bead weaving. What might something like this typically be used for? I was thinking it would be cool as a tube necklace or bracelet, but how would I add a clasp or connect the ends? Thank you for the video as always!

    Thank you for the video, Megan Say you have five rows and are ready to step up to the next row. Do you pass the needle up through beads in the third and fourth rows or all but the base row to begin the sixth?

      @aleutalaskabeadscompany7270 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I'm not sure if there is a standard way to connect a clasp to this stitch that would work every time, since it can be done very narrow, or very wide, depending on how many beads you use in each round. For relatively narrow tubes, you could try creating a bridge of seed beads across the opening, adding in a closed jump ring in the middle. Then when you tie off your threads, you'll have a jump ring to use for connecting a clasp.

    Attention Beadaholique: I am a big fan of TH-cam and there is NOT one tutorial on doing Peyote on a Loom, can you be the first to show how this is done, I have looked and stated different ways in the search and there is one that shows very little and no talking not very good for a beginner, much appreciated if done by you🙏

    • @beadaholique
      @beadaholique  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Snooky, thanks for the suggestion! Can you tell us a little more about what you'd like to see in a loom peyote video? Are there are any examples of pieces you've seen that call for that sort of technique? To us loom and peyote are pretty different techniques. The peyote we've done has always been off-loom, but we're always eager to learn new techniques and pass them along.

    • @larchul08
      @larchul08 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@beadaholique What I Have not seen on TH-cam is someone doing a bracelet that has peyote in the pattern on the LOOM, most of the peyote I have seen is doing it without the loom, I hope I made sense, because I am just a beginner wanting to learn, the peyote and brick can be confusing if you are just starting out.Thank you so much for taking your time to ask a little old me, much blessings 🙏

    • @larchul08
      @larchul08 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Beadaholique: The pattern I have is A Goofy bracelet for a loom, but it shows the peyote at the beginning of the pattern, then it shows it around the hands, the pattern came from Etsy. When I tired to look up Peyote on loom, nothing comes up for it except one which a beginner couldn’t make it out.

    • @beadaholique
      @beadaholique  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@larchul08 That's interesting. We'll keep an eye out for that sort of pattern, if we can find it we'll absolutely do a video on it. In the mean time we've got a lot loom projects with full videos. Check out our loom playlist if you haven't already: th-cam.com/play/PLdGWVJ-tb1bFe9VgdksRZ7H3MzQiffh5g.html

      @@larchul08 Is this the goofy pattern you've got?: www.etsy.com/listing/608100934/159-goofy-pattern-goofy-peyote-children
      Looking at the finished piece on Etsy and the way they describe what they're selling I'd say that's purely a peyote pattern. It can be confusing to tell them apart because peyote patterns are often made using the same program people use to make loom patterns. The pattern files do look very similar. But that's peyote stitch the whole way through.
