the stich i have been looking for. I did a head band and came out beautifully, could not understand a thing you said , the visual is quite clear. love from South Africa
@@FusionBeadsSea she really is. Thank you. I've noticed quite a lot of videos that either mislead you or give you bad techniques from you tubers I'd rather not name _ but you guys give us a chance to learn the basics 🙏 _ I'd given up on herringbone and peyote and moved onto craw lol 😂 🤣 thank you once again for being such a great channel store and group.
Thank you so much I've been trying this forever couldn't get it right begin today neat and done right thank you again the lot neater and easier than the way I've been doing it
Just a comment.... at 5:07 you instruct that we should go back up the last bottom bead in the last column to reach the last bead at the top of the last columns, however that leaves a thread showing the transition... I would suggest that instead of doing that... when your thread is coming out of the last bottom bead of the last column, to go back up the second last bottom bead in the last column and then from there go up the last upper bead in the last column... Doing this will transition your thread from the top of the second last bottom bead, (where it came out), to enter the bottom of the last upper bead in the last column, thus using the natural stacking line between your rows of beads to cover it... Very nice tutuorial, thank you for sharing!
Thank you, my fingers don't seem to be numble enough to peyote stitch w round seed beads anymore. I cant figure out how to set my loom. Your herringbone method will allow me to keep making beautiful bracelets. TY.
This is a great tutorial, great presenter. Just one thing that bothers me is that at the end of each row one stitch is made around the outside of the last bead so that at one end of each row there is a thread showing. This is easy to eliminate by going to the left to the second last bead, up through that bead then back over to the right and then through the last bead on the row just completed. I know it's a little thing but it looks nicer. Thanks again for the great video.
Yes, it IS the little things that matter. And as a beginner with seed beed stitching the "littlest thing" is CONFUSION! THIS was the 1st video that didn't have me scrambling to find everything I DONT have (despite all I DO have) that shows the stitching slowly, up close and PATIENTLY explained without boggling my brain with pound weight and .0 this and mm that. Seriously, unless you have your own video to add, to actually SHOW US what you're talking about.. which you CANT bc this isn't your channel....then NO ONE gets what you're saying. I understand that YOU, in all your beading experience and wisdom, DO understand and it's all really simple in your head and hands. But it's anything BUT simple in MY head or hands. Please... if not outta respect for the person putting forth all the effort to make tutorials and working really hard for subscribers... then outta respect for fellow beading appreciatives....(although it SHOULD be respectfully for the former) STOP ADDING CONFUSING EXTRAS WRAPPED UP IN BACKHANDED COMPLIMENTS! Yeah, Seriously...now that i think of it, its really a lot more rude than it is confusing. And that's a HUGE statement. Make your own tutes if you need attention. This one for most of us. 😘
Muchas gracias por tu explicación, quisiera saber si tienes algún video donde tengas este mismo tejido y que explique cómo hacerlo en forma descendente en los extremos ?
Very useful tutorial nd beautiful also 👌👌👌thank you for sharing🙏🙏🙏 mam, but if u showed how to attach the clasps also its more helpful for learners or beginners I hope you will show that also, once again thank you do much 🌹🌹🌹
Definitely, clasps can be a bit tricky at first. There are two main clasp types, the first is a beaded clasp, the second is using a premade clasp. TH-cam really needs to work on their translations! Luckily, I know what you're talking about. Otherwise, I would be totally lost. I just watch without sound so I don't keep my husband up. I have never seen so many different interpretations of the word bead! It's almost comical.
@@FusionBeadsSea I wouldn't mind helping out if I can. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make things easier for you, you do a lot for us viewers!
Now this is a true no loom, beading tutorial. ❤
I knew you could do it with no loom or no pretend loom. I knew it you can just do it like this. ❤
