      아구 😭 안그래도 그 영상보면서 정말 맛있어보이지만.. 얼마나 힘든과정인지 알기에.. 대리만족으로 끝내야하는 ㅠㅠ 저도 손목이 안좋아서 빵반죽까지는 괜찮은데 파이반죽은 정말 엄두도 안나요.. 가끔 단단한 쿠키반죽 섞을때도 얼마나 아픈지 😂 집에 오래된 사과가 있어서 몇일전에 애플파이해볼까.. 생각하다가 그냥 생각만 하기로 했어요 😁ㅋㅋ 단단한 손목밴드라도 하고있으면 조금이나마 통증을 덜어주는 것 같더라구요! 손목관리 잘하셔서 더 더 멋진 케이크 디저트 보여주세용 분베이크님 🥰

    우유 계량이 잘못된거 같은데요? 우유 130g민 넣으면 반죽이 수제비 반죽 마냥 엄청 질겨요.

    레시피의 우유 양이 너무 적은거 아닌지. 동량으로 반죽기로 돌렀는데 반죽이 너무 되네요.

      물을 사오십그람은 더넣어서 반죽은 간신히 살렸습니다.

      안녕하세요^^ 우유와 생크림은 농도가 다르기 때문에 반죽의 되기를 맞춰주시는게 어려울수도 있어요. 우유대신 동량의 물을 사용할 수 있는데, 생크림도 넣고 싶으시다면 물을 우유양의 반을 넣어주시고 생크림은 반죽의 되기를 맞춰주며 추가해주시면 될 것 같습니다 😊

    분명 똑같이 한거같은데 둥글리기도 잘 안되고 되게 나오고 왜 뻑뻑하게 나왔을까요ㅠㅠ어렵네요...😅😅😅

    빵이 왜 질겨졌을까요?ㅜ 간도 안 맞더라구요ㅠ실패 에요ㅠ 뭐가 문제 였을까요? 반죽 치대는 영상 보니 저렇게 질긴 느낌이 아니였어요ㅠ
