I was scared when it got sticky while adding the butter but i sprinkled it with a little flour and it became smooth and elastic after a few minutes. I'm saving this video because I want to make it again and double the recipe. Thank you.

Fiz ficou perfeito Lembrando que leva uns 5 minutos batendo a massa na bancada, esse método é pra secar um pouco mais a massa sem ter que adicionar mais farinha de trigo. I made the dough and let it do the first rise in the refrigerator, overnight. I made them into 12 slider rolls for mini burgers. So soft and fluffy. Delicious. 🥰
hi, did u do the first time fermentation in room temp before ferment in fridge overnight? How long for the overnight fermentation took? Straight moulding after take out from fridge? TIA ☺️

@@jo-ww1pz i don’t think so. bread flour has higher protein content to produce gluten, which is essential in bread making :)
