    190g milk
    40g sugar
    3g salt
    25g butter
    1 egg
    5g dry Yeast

    너무너무 맛있어요 저는반죽에 건크린베리를 넣고 가정용 매립삼성오븐으로 예열된 오븐에170도에17분구웠더니 너무 맛나게 잘구워졌어요
    역시역시 선생님 레시피는 최고에요~~~^^♡감사합니다
    앞으로도 더 많은 레시피 부탁드립니다 ~❤❤❤

      지나님 혹시 전기오분사용시에 온도,시간 설정하고 시작하나요? 아니면 반죽넣기전에만약에180도를 해야한다면 온도를 108도 올린상테에서 반죽넣고 시간만 설정하나요?

      예열을미리 170도에 12분정도 하고 예열끝나면 오븐열어 반죽해논틀을넣고 쌤이시킨대로시간 오븐다시조정 170도17분 돌려 맛있게 구워질때까지 잘 살펴보았어요

    드디어 찾은 설거지 적은 레시피ㅠㅠ 다른 분 레시피대로 하면 나오는 설거지만 다섯그릇은 넘었는데 여긴 반죽계량도 정확하고 결과물도 너무 좋아요ㅠㅠ맛나게 해먹겠습니다❤❤❤!

    밥은 안먹는데 빵은 먹는 애기가 있어요..ㅠㅠ 아침에 빵이라도 갓 구워 먹이고싶은데, 반죽하는 과정 중 어느단계에서 끊어갈 수 있을까요? 전날 밤에 미리 반죽을 해둬도 될까요?

      반죽하고 성형해서 냉장고에 두면 천천히 냉장숙성되지 않나요.
      저는 일부러 냉장고에 뒀다가 다음날 아침에 구워요

    처음에 우유랑 버터 넣을때 두 재료는 실온상태인거 넣어야 하나요? 냉장고에서 꺼내 바로 넣어서 전자렌지 돌림 안되겠죠?😅

      Responsible for the fluffyness/softness is egg/butter and yeast. You can try replace butter with one more egg or more yeast but seriously doubt it will get you there.
