  • Slow down and stretch. A full body yin yoga stretch to invite relaxation and tension relief.
    This full body yin yoga sequence is designed to melt away hip tension, increase mobility and increase range of motion. This is perfect for any desk workers with chronic hip tightness, athletes looking for recovery and flexibility or anyone looking to reduce any low back discomfort. We move through poses such as child's pose, sphinx, frog and caterpillar. Holding each pose for approx. 3 min to really access the deeper layers of the connective tissue and fascia. These slow intentional stretches will relax you and help you reconnect with your body. #deepstretch #felxibilitytraining #hipopener
