To really see these 2 powerhouse individual artist power coming together like they did to collaberate on songs check out their cover of Etta James I'd rather go blind live in Amsterdam th-cam.com/video/UEHwO_UEp7A/w-d-xo.html never knew a guitar could sing so beautifully to my heart. th-cam.com/video/UEHwO_UEp7A/w-d-xo.html
Check out “I’d rather go blind” live from Amsterdam 😎 Joe and Beth kill it, her vocals are even better in that song if you can fathom that and Joe’s guitar solo will make you weep
Been introduced to Beth and Joe on this channel.... I am amazed at each of the three songs I have heard.... Just listened to "Am I the One" on at The Paradiso. I really think I like that over I'd Rather Go Blind or this song.... I don't think I have ever heard a female singer's performance like it.
Joe Bonamassi is one of the greatest guitarists of all time. You need to deep dive into more of his music. He plays live at Albert Hall which is great.
I've seen him 4 times in concert as well as I've met him, as a fellow guitarist he is phenomenal. Another great guitarist to check out if you're not already familiar with him is Tommy Emmanuel
Just an FYI, Joe Bonamassa is a legitimate Blues Master. He was a child prodigy that was opening for B.B.King when he was only 9-10 years old. He carries on the traditions of the Blues Masters, not only with his virtuoso playing, but his stage wardrobe. Offstage, he’s a normal guy, a self-described nerd. Beth Hart…simply spectacular!!! She has a fierce power to her voice that she handles with a delicate strength that grabs your soul. Incredible!
If I'm not mistaken Joe actually helped Beth get recognized in the music industry. And having seen him in concert 4 times he is nothing short of phenomenal
Before that though he was sitting in at his dads bands gigs and eventually his dad's band was like "Yeah just bring the kid, we don't really need you" 😂😂😂
Such an awesome collaboration! These two also did "I'd Rather Go Blind" and "Am I the One" when they were both playing out in Amsterdam. Some of the best blues you'll ever hear.
This woman is a beast with the blues! It doesn't matter what people request of Beth Hart. She will blow your mind on any song she sings. I'm so happy that you were introduced her music. Cheers
I’m soooo happy you reacted to this!!! They make magic together! Her voice is her instrument and his guitar becomes his voice. AND I want a cigarette when I hear it too! 🤣🥰🤣
We see Joe B live at least twice a year for the past ten years or more. We have tickets for November for the second time this year. Twice for his Blues Alive at Sea cruise. Go See Joe! Bon(like bond) a -massa (mah).
i HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR THIS SONG FOR OVER A YEAR...HOPE YOU LOVE HER AS MUCH I DO!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! SOME OF HER OTHER SONGS YOU MAY WANT TO REACT TO: CAUGHT OUT IN THE RAIN, TELL HER YOU BELONG TO ME, I'D RATHER GO BLIND, AND SO MANY MORE.......AND THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR THE WAY JOE CAN MAKE A GUITAR SING!!!...TRY THAT IN THE 4RUNNER....LOL
Beth Hart has one of those unforgettable voices. And Joe Bonamassa is such a fantastic musician. BB King mentored him at a young age. He actually opened for Mr. King at 12 years old
Beth Hart - Am I The One - Live At Paradiso......dude,this will blow your mind !!!! When you see and hear what see does in this video. Has to be one of the greatest live performances ever !!!
I'm always surprised to find someone who has remained unaware of Joe Bonamassa for this long. For an amazing male voice, check out Joe with Jimmy Barnes doing Stone Cold. Joe has a great voice as well. Check out "Going Down". The keyboard player used to be in Stevie Ray Vaughn's band.
I have seen Joe live three times, and I am anxiously awaiting the fourth in November. I swear, he gets better every time. I have had tickets to see Beth twice, and both shows have been canceled. I'm beginning to think it is me! 😉 But I don't think there is anyone who can cover Etta James like Beth does. The two of them together is just something special. Their history goes back quite a ways and they have released a number of collaborative albums. All of them are pure fire!
I just saw him in Houston Tx for my 4th Bonamassa concert, I've also met him once, he's super nice and down to earth. He is nothing short of phenomenal in concert
Oh boy …. Joe is one of the most ridiculously diabolical guitarists on the planet… dig in … absolutely astonishing player and vocalist. And research Beth and her story…. Fantastic - powerful emotive and natural …. A gift…. Enjoy and take care out there
This mens guitar collection is unreal. Worth millions at least. He is top 5 greatest players. Was playing on late night TV when he was like 6 or 7 years olď.
Beth Hart is the #1 blues female in the world. Check out her raw and gutsy songs like Caught out in the Rain live from Royal Albert Hall. SO REAL!! Also her sexy and a little raunchy Am I the One live from the Paradisio in Holland. You will be floored!
Beth and Joe apart are AMAZING artists. But together, pure magic. They bring out something primal in each other musically. A great pair of songs to check out from Joe and his solo work would be "Drive" and "Mountain Climbing."
I've never heard this, so grateful I have. Thank you to the subscriber that recommended it and the man POLO! These two are brilliant, this music is passionate I can't wait to enter their rabbit hole.
Happy to say that I was sitting on fourth row on this concert. The complete show is on a DVD. Announced as “Guitar event of the year” on the marquee outside Beacon Theatre, New York.
Check out "Id Rather Go Blind" live in Amsterdam with Beth & Joe...amazing!!🎶🎸🎵 Also, for something really to see, watch Beth perform "Am I The One" live from the Paradiso...little risque😎🎶
“I think I need a cigarette”; I’ll smoke my next one for you, Polo 😂. This is my first time hearing this as well; whoo! Hot! The guitar playing, his look, her delivery, oozing sex appeal; raw sexy rock blues; this was great!!!
Wow, wow…. I’ve been familiar with Joe Bonamassa for a long time but never delved far into his stuff. Even though I always liked Avery thing I heard. But Beth Hart I have never heard of and that’s completely my loss. I’ve listed to blues for most of my life and that’s one of the best things I’ve heard in a long time. Thanks as always.
There's some BLUES for ya! Mr. Bonamassa is a natural master guitarist that Mr. B.B. King noticed at a very early age. Joes dad owned a guitar shop. Perfect match! Ms. Hart reminds me of Janis Joplin. Beth and Joe are quite a combo. Powerful and passionate performance! Check out their rendition of Etta James's "I'd Rather Go Blind" live in Amsterdam. And you can't miss with Mr. Joe Bonamassa. It's all good though I think his show at the Greek Theater is one of my favorites. Loved your reaction and sense of humor!
Hate that I missed this collaboration. These two were meant for each other. Another hugely popular song with these two is I'd Rather Go Blind. You gotta do it!
Joe Bonamassa is one of the best of the younger generation Blues players for last 15 years or so. Started playing witb BB King when he was just 14years old! Proper talented Guitarist! Check out some of the "Keeping The Blue Alive" Blues Cruise performances from ladt few years! - MANY MANY Great artists INCLUDING Bonamassa (who Started it and who organises it).. 👌😎🏴🇬🇧
Yes Beth Hart is one of the best singers!!! Joe Bonamassa is amazing too! You should try to catch Beth live. When I first heard this song I got goosebumps. thanks for sharing them. Some of my Favorite blues artists for sure.
Joe and Beth are on similar trajectories. Both play the blues like nobody’s business. Beth started out on the national stage when she was a teenager and won a big talent show. Joe was play an electric guitar before he had any pubic hair. Truly gifted people. Go ahead on, dive into it!
I've been captivated by Beth since the 90's. Having been lucky enough to see her live several times, I can tell you that she is one of the most soulful and talented musicians of our time. You might like: "Caught Out in the Rain" Live at The Royal Albert Hall "I'd Rather Go Blind" with Joe Bonamassa Live in Amsterdam "Am I the One " live at Paradiso (2004).
Joe my new favorite I have watched a profile on him. The sun glasses is because he is light sensitive. He also sings. Love the whole package. Looks straight out of the movie the matrix.
You must check out Joe Bonamassa playing the blues with BUDDY GUY when he was 12 yrs old. Joe Bonamassa was a child phenom guitar player, and he liked the blues 💙
Joe Bonamassa was a child prodigy and played with Muddy Waters on stage as a 12 year old kid. A blues master and looked up to all the greats to gather his influences
I don’t believe Joe ever shared the stage with Muddy Waters-you’re thinking of BB King with whom Joe opened 20 concerts for in 1989 when he was 12 years old. Joe did do a tribute concert for Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf in 2014 at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. A great live DVD, “Muddy Wolf at Red Rocks,” was released the following year.
Beth and Joe are so great together. Next track you need to watch from them is I’d Rather go Blind! Even better than this one. Joe I was a guitar prodigy as a kid. He played with B.B. I’d recommend “Am I the one” live.

Came to say the same thing. That was my introduction to her and have been a huge fan ever since.
Absolutely 💯🔥💞
Agreed, amazing performance..
You need to watch Beth Hart live at Paradiso - 2004, "Am I the One". If you are not blown away, sorry for the misunderstanding.
I have to add my 2 cents and if "I'd Rather Go Blind" doesn't touch your soul then you haven't got one.
I cannot recommend strongly enough Beth's performance of 'Am I the One' at The Paradiso. She is an absolute beast in the very best way!

Hey, run it back as much as you want. This doesn’t get old.
Just an FYI, Joe Bonamassa is a legitimate Blues Master.

He carries on the traditions of the Blues Masters, not only with his virtuoso playing, but his stage wardrobe.

Beth Hart…simply spectacular!!! She has a fierce power to her voice that she handles with a delicate strength that grabs your soul.
Incredible!
He was 12 years old. He was playing music professionally at 9 with people 10-20 years older than him.
If I'm not mistaken Joe actually helped Beth get recognized in the music industry. And having seen him in concert 4 times he is nothing short of phenomenal
Before that though he was sitting in at his dads bands gigs and eventually his dad's band was like "Yeah just bring the kid, we don't really need you" 😂😂😂
“Caught out in the rain” live…Royal Albert Hall…her best performance imo
Absolutely amazing. Beth Hart has a beautiful voice and Joe Bonamassa is one of the greatest. Not to mention the best "stank face" in the business.

Listen to Beth sing the “Nutbush City Limits” song made famous by Tina Turner. Beth sings it better IMHO.
One In this world she has one of the best female voices ever !😃
So glad you’re checking out Beth Hart! I’ve loved her music since 2000. Check out Beth and Joe- I’d Rather Go Blind (live in Amsterdam)
Thank you soooooooo much. Fire on the floor is great.❤❤❤😊
Her vibrato is fabulous, beyond compare. He is a fabulous guitarist. Read about him, has a fascinating story.
The dynamic duo .. Beth's voice is otherworldly ..and Joe absolutely shreds his 59 Les Paul worth north of a quarter million dollars
Joe's guitar and amp collection is otherworldly.
When Beth sings as a duo with him, he just plays guitar. His voice is very good also
Joe wears sunglasses because the stage lights bother his eyes
Joe takes it to a higher level with his playing and Beth's sultry voice, great pairing.💙 🎵
YES BETH!!!! If you like her voice you’re in for a treat! Caught out in the Rain live Royal Albert Hall!!! Her voice is 🔥

Beth is a beast of a singer. She is definitely one of my favorites.
I sat front row at a Joe Bonamassa concert…and wept. It was like watching Picasso paint. Add Beth Hart and I die. It’s earth-moving.
Beth and Joe did a couple of albums together. I have both of them.
i HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR THIS SONG FOR OVER A YEAR...HOPE YOU LOVE HER AS MUCH I DO!!!!!

I did not know about the collab with Etta James. A natural pairing. I bet it’s incredible.
Bad grammar on my part. The collaborations are between Joe and Beth. But they cover a lot of charts by James. @@w.geoffreyspaulding6588

Beth has won many females blues singer of the year honors and Joe is a Blues guitar guru. Deep rabbit hole together and alone both of them.
One of the best performances. ❤️🎶
It amazes me that 98% or more of the population have no idea who either of these people are.
