What settings are you using in FPV SIMs to make things feel right?

I tried sims on my ultrawide monitor. I couldnt fly at all. Gonna buy a cable so I can use my hdzero goggles! Good video. Thanks!

Changed my settings to yours (had 5142 props, max power and standard drag on... and 100% battery mass effect)... and yours made me 10% faster after 20min of adapting... Thanks for the hints!

Not sure how I didn't see this but I knew it could do it.. just never tried until now.. Amazing and does give that "feel" with the goggles on.. A++

Very cool. I haven’t tried sim with the hdz goggles yet but will have to give it a shot. Not sure but I think I lost some fps back when I tried true lens, I’ll have to try it again and see

What Hardware do you run graphics card and CPU wise? These are really nice numbers!

Turning on truelense 100% explains the drop in FPS

That‘s a very cool feature of the HDzero goggles. Hope the 1080p 60 handling will be improved in future but anyway 720p 100 will be the way to sim as soon as my goggles arrive ;)

Can we do 540p90/100 please? Scaling looks better on the 1080 panels. I think that’s why I really like the Runcam90 on the goggle… the resolution matches up better on the goggles panels. IMHO

Probably can. Carl is scaling 540p to 720p to render things a little sharper anyway. I recommend 100hz for HDMI input, because Carl specifically made 100hz work properly for WS VRX. 90hz HDMI input might not be tuned right

@@RyanQuellet interesting, okay 👍🏻 I just thought the exact multiple of 540 to 1080 would be advantageous…
      Thank you 🙏
I’ll stick to 720p100… for now

I wonder if any release HDZero Vtx support HDMI input, Would be great.
We would like to know if HDZero Goggle will support Stereo 3D input, would be the choice.

Is there a fix for those 60fps HDMI stutterings? Because If i use a external vrx It is unnusable. Will It be fixed???

The biggest missing piece here is how you connected the goggles to the computer. I can only guess you used an HDMI cable or maybe a USB-C cable but it would have been nice if you had explained that part.
