    I think it's beautiful that through your videos this room will forever be with you, and all of us. That made me a bit emotional for some reason and I gave thanks to my own room for being my safe space.
    It's going to be hot today so I wanted to do this practice before noon and now i'm really pumped and ready to go for the day! Namaste everyone 💜

    Practicing ith you, Adrienne, never gets old! I loved the stretching and balancing and the old room. It reminded me of myself 8 years ago ... I was a mere 65 and still wroking full time and worried about the world. So, I am now 73 and retired and so happy and dedicated to a almost daily Yoga with Adrienne practice ... and still worried about hte world. Not bad.

    Ahhhh good to be one the mat again. The month of August has been a bit patchy. Why oh why do I ever miss once I’m on the mat it is sooo wonderful.

    So that's Blossom completed for Feb 2022 and what a brilliant series it has been. Tumultuous times globally and personally but yoga is the steady constant at my heart, keeping me balanced and strong, ready to deal with the world. This balance session was the ideal way to end February and prepare for the next month whatever that brings. Thank you Adriene for your gift of daily at-home yoga.

    Swapped with day 28 of Blossom as my 10 year old grandaughter wanted to join in and I didn't want to overwhelm her with an hour long practice for her 2nd time 🥰 she has asked of she can take my spare mat home to practice each day! Awesome new yogi 🥰

      @@elleemm4548 it would 🥰 im hoping she will because she has hypermobile joints the same as me and is already having problems. Daily yoga has made so much difference for me by strengthening the.muscles to help support the joints so my hope is if she starts early enough by the time she really needs it, it will already be a habit. Plus of course all the other benefits that go with it mentally and emotionally as she starts to grow up. I'm thinking I might tell her she can have her own new mat for her birthday in July if she sticks with it til then 🥰

      @@loublou5886 I wish her and you, all the very best. Yoga is magical. I would also recommend Wim Hof's method for strengthening the immune system... go check him out. His method is free and has been scientifically proven to work... there's loads of testimonials on TH-cam. He's brilliant 🙂

    I skipped ahead and did this on day 27 of BLOSSOM. Adriene's words of fighting for peace felt very poignant with the current events in Europe. Sending thoughts of peace to everyone around the world. Thank you for providing a moment of sanctuary.

    Last day of Feb ! What a journey... This is the first time that I did that practise and I love it.❤I take my flowers that I blossomed in Feb and go to March.

    I couldn't make it today at eleven. I had an appointment at the dentist, I am doing it now, 8 pm here in France. It has been a wonderful journey since this January, and very moving, since 2012 or 2013. I began yoga with Adriene because I was ill and could only move to do Tadasana. Adriene has had my back through illness, several, and then exile from my country, and through a new life in France, and through the pandemia the last two years. I remember when we moved from this room, six years ago? I will be 75 in May, I don't know if I can still really blossom, but this almost daily practice sure has helped me to find balance and ease. I am deeply grateful. And to the friends made here, to the community created here. I don't feel alone here

    "...to the end the practice, you could do this pose or that pose, or you could join me in a silent moment in sukhasana". This is classic humble playful and inclusive adrienne- a quality that has Im sure contributed to the growth of yoga

    I think this video is a testament to how much I trust Adriene because when I was on the ground with my feet on either side of me, I thought "I have no idea how I'm gonna get out of this pose, I may just be stuck here forever" but then her voice just guided me up like it was nothing 😂🥰

    ALIGN 🌟 | February 24, 2023 | This practice was perfect for today! I'm squeezing it in on the lunch break of a full team planning day on Zoom and it has the perfect blend of building some heat and bringing a lengthening stretch. I really appreciate the emphasis on the push-pull nature of each asana, as I truly believe that's what's contributed to my posture improving so much since starting daily Yoga with Adriene! 🙏

    Brilliant yoga practice Adriene. I found it a little harder today, mainly because of how I feel today. I've been struggling quite lot recently, with my Fibromyalgia and also my moods, I have a lot going on inside me, but I'm working on it. Thank you Adriene for these gorgeous yoga practices, that have been a massive help to me, in my journey not just on the mat, but off the mat too. 😊 great yoga practice today, I can't wait for tomorrows one, see you there.       @@fluffyross2297 Thanks Fluffy! You're welcome! I can relate. It has been so challenging the last 2 terms managing sooooooooooo many students. I always do my Kemetic Yoga short of Goddess Pose with my other yoga instructor, yet in the past 10 weeks during those hectic terms I have not consistently showed up, yet I'm getting back to myself because I was committed before I began work for this university. I am returning to putting my self-care first. My run was amazing. Thanks for the well wishes. This term I'm working with the English nursing students who are often more committed than the students from other programs. I have a great vibe about tomorrow's term especially because I dialed back the course load to only one course. I am hopeful a local cultural art center receives a grant to rehire me to continue instructing kid's yoga. Well, I need to get back to preparing for tomorrow's virtual studies. Have a beautiful rest of your day!

      @@fluffyross2297 I am very busy yogi sis! In fact, I'm still in the home office setting up the virtual course for tomorrow. Thankfully, the next two terms (totaling to 10 weeks will be a lighter load). My husband and I are going to do some much needed traveling for quality time with each other and family. Our 11th year wedding anniversary is the end of September. It is so important to play just as hard as one works and we have not done that in awhile, yet that will be changing. I appreciate the well wishes. Take care until our next chat!

    Last day of February and it was really sweet, seeing you getting a little emotional about leaving your old yoga room ❤ I was teary myself!
    I've been following you, on and off, for nearly three years now. I have had a problem with commitment though, always... Then I found another bright soul, Wim Hof, about 2 weeks ago. I already knew that the breath has power, you taught me that... Wim has a technique that focuses the breath, so that it releases healing properties to the body and the brain.... I do that every morning, followed by a cold shower, then I can't wait to hop on my mat for my practice with you!
    Thank you so much for giving this gift of yoga to the whole world. You are a bright soul, and what you do has the potential to change the world!

    I did my first ever side planks today!!! I’m so proud of myself! I’ve been practicing daily since Center, and I thought it would take a lot longer than 7 weeks to build up this strength. I’m so excited!

Friday, after cleaning, I watched a movie with my husband. Saturday, I had breakfast with Mom before I returned home for more cleaning. Currently, I'm in a Kemetic Yoga Lecture 🧘🏾‍♀️ that's transitioning into movement with my teacher in Chicago (virtually). Enjoy your relaxation. I will go on a run 🏃🏿‍♀️, weight 💪🏾 train, and clean some more. 😉

    Attract Day - 28 l 🦋❤🦋l Aug. 28, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ah, I am so excited to have returned to this session. My first experience was 2 years ago, then a year thereafter. "Three is a charm." I'm so pleased to have experienced a warm, refreshing, strengthening, and balancing energy flow. It's ironic this session was the end of that yoga space and my practice represents the end of a collegiate term that interfered with my balance. Ah, I start a new term tomorrow at the university and I'm excited to have returned to balance ⚖️ and dial my role as a Professor of English & Humanities all the way back by only accepting one course for the next two terms as health is wealth.     Day 54 of yoga! - ALIGN Feb ‘23 Whew 😅 worked up a sweet sweat with this practice. I am amazed at how strong and connected my core is becoming, the side planks and push ups to plank are becoming so secure in my body 🙏🏼 the practice works! My inner thighs and knees usually are talking to me in wide legged postures, but todays was a great was to focus on balancing the energies and it made a huge difference!
    Thank you for all that you do, have done, continue to do Adriene.

    did this video as part of the August calendar, ironically while moving out of my first-ever solo apartment. Really needed this today, even though I'm surrounded by boxes and chaos, I got to sit on my mat and connect with my body and honor this space before I leave it. Thank you, Adriene.     That was an awesome yoga practice, thank you so much Adriene. Before that I was feeling a bit unwell, and wiped out from my week. Well more my day on Thursday when we went into London, it was fun but my Fibromyalgia is making me pay for it now. 😢 but after this yoga practice I feel a little less sick and sore, and a bit more like me again.     I am still sick from a nasty cold, it was hard to breathe in the beginning because my nose was so stuffed up. I was honestly getting so frustrated and wanted to quit, but then you said something about what is it that is bringing us to the mat... I wanted to move energy around, and get the blood flowing so even if I couldn’t feel good in my head/nasal/throat area, the rest of my body could. I’m glad I stuck through it, and now I can breathe through my nose, I don’t feel as congested, and my body is ready to rest.
    To all those here in February, YO WE MADE IT!!! Here’s to embodiment for March. See y’all there.
    Thank you Adriene, for these curated playlists for us to partake in monthly daily practice. Your kind and gentle words, sexual innuendos 🤣, small nudges to remember our truth, makes practice so joyful. You definitely make it easier to come to the mat everyday.

    I've been loving your videos for a solid 3-4 months now. Working my way through them all. Today I had a moment that I never thought would happen. I wanted to do yoga but was just grouchy, I wasn't sure why entirely. Knowing it was best for me I hopped on my mat. I went through the flow and by the end I had tears streaming down my face. I was overcome with thankfulness for my life and for these yoga videos and now, I feel great. I let go of whatever was bothering me and I'm thankful and happy for today. Thank you!

    I clicked on this video from the May 2020 Calendar, and I just wanted to point out the huge coincidence that I'm moving tomorrow, so this is also my last yoga session in my space, surrounded by disorder and packed boxes. Thank you!

      I found loads of coincidences with Adriene's videos. Sometimes she answers a question I've asked in my head.... sometimes remarks on something that really resonates. That's why she feels like an old friend 🙂

    I love watching older videos, youve come so far Adriene! Im proud of us who showed up today! Keep kicking ass and conquering goals. I love a twisty practice. I held side plank the whole time, lifted my top leg a couppe inches. So proud to see improvement. Takin yoga seroiusly this year. Align Feb '23

    Day 179 of the current run - always here for the saucy Adriene. A couple notes - managed to go full reclined thunderbolt pose for about a breath, then realized that was not for me right now. But room to grow. Secondly, as of today I'm under 240, making this the least I've weighed since at least 2018. Not focused so much on the number so much as what I'm able to do, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the milestone.

      Day 547 of the current run. Saucy Adriene continues to make my day. Lasted in full reclined hero for a bit longer, but man that's a workout. As far as weight goes, I'm under 220 now, but more importantly to yoga I've hit a point where side plank no longer sends me in a frenzy, and I was able to lift the top leg on both sides.

    I did what I could today. I had to leave practice till this evening and I found myself falling asleep before I started. I still cannot keep my eyes open so I guess it is off the mat and right to bed!

    Wow! Fun, joking Adriene, packaged with a message at the beginning that is as relevant today with all going on in the world. Not always a fan of the faster flows, but after more than a year of practicing, I could keep up and really enjoyed the feeling of energy flowing in my body.     It was almost the theme I needed. I needed to balance my mind. I was expecting more balancing poses but I've found more balancing forces and stretches. I liked how special this video was too. Saying goodbye to Space.

    Blossom Day 28 🌸🌸 - so proud of myself that i did every day and completing my second month of daily yoga. I did the 30 day yoga journey for 3 years now but never stayed connected to the practice until this year and now, 2 month in, i cant imagine not doing yoga tomorrow. So i see you guys then 😊

    Here for the April 2021 "Renew" calendar. Wanted to check in and show my gratitude for your practice and putting it out into the world. It's my opinion that you're doing humanity a service by giving your talents freely. I know that many people (including myself and my wife) have benefitted greatly from doing daily yoga sessions with you. Yoga allows me to combine stillness with movement to create the peace that is so precious, especially now.

    I have to admit the title almost scared me to pick another video for today cause I'm so bad at balance postures and my legs still are aching from a few days ago. But I took a deep breath and hit play. I am so glad I did. It was fun seeing this video from way back in the day, your fun candor/banter, and seeing how far, you, and myself have come!     Thank you Adriene and YWA / Am still going to a tough patch @ work... feeling very stressed and emotional. Spent whole day worrying / emotional / ruminating ... Decided to let them be, as I do this practice. Tho the problems and issues are there, but I am not 100% feeling this is the end of world. M grateful and thank you for making me realising whatever is it, I am still alive. Breathing. There is a chance (no matter how bad) for RENEW. Namaste

    I've been practicing consistently since Breath 2021 but I think this is the first month I don't miss a single day, no emergencies, no too-tiredness, no no-time. Feeling thankful and proud, having priorities works! Let's hope this concentrated energy reaches those who need some peace. 🤲🏽

    I recently lost my dog and was feeling quite hopeless. I am a performer and teacher, so work was going well... but at home it was a different story. Your videos were suggested to me and I can't express how much my life has changed since then. I wake up feeling excited about Yoga and to check in with your light! I am on day 8 of the 30 day, but wanted to check your latest one out. Needless to say, I left feeling refreshed (and a bit emotional). Thank you for your gifts. We all love you here in Lancaster, PA.     I'm so depressed today i barely was able to do any pose. just glad I did it and stuck with my routine because it gave my anxiety a rest for a half hour

    Intuit day 27! I did today’s practice yesterday, so here I am today. I felt so light during this one, literally in flow, the poses felt so natural and effortless, that felt incredible!

    What a great practice to get the energy moving through the body. Was able to get through most of the practice until the end, where I struggled with splayed legs and the stretching, perhaps need to work on my core strength more or maybe it's in the hips. In any case, practice is never meant to be easy, but to help us identify places where we can get better and stronger. Of course, the warrior poses are always my favorite, where I can hear Adriene say to us, "Slowly whisper to yourself, "I am strong," "I AM Strong." Thank you Adriene & the community for the practice. Looking forward to March 🌻

    This last day of Blossom feels like the perfect ending to my month of finding what feels good. I didn’t make it every day but the days I made it felt better and better as we went. The days I just went to bed after a busy day felt great too. Just happy to be here with you all 🌸

    Came to this one with a lot of anxiety and trying to ground myself. I feel the tears welling up and I can usually cry through the yoga but I know I need some time for myself so I'm taking it and stopping it early. I'm proud of myself for making this decision.     I am a student and danceteacher from Sweden. This spring I got sick. My body was totaly worn out and I was in bed or the sofa most of the time. I found your videos on youtube and doing your yoga has made me so much stronger than I was six months ago. And happier and healthier. Thank you for yoga with humor and without forcing.     Renew Day 24: I wondered if I was in the right place. The calendar says "balancing yoga" and this video is called "Balancing Flow", but I see in Adrienne's description she combines the two words and calls it "Balancing Yoga Flow." I agree with someone else's comment that I expected balancing poses, but the balance in this video was a different kind of balance. Most importantly, I enjoy doing YWA each day and I get something out of each practice.

    Adrienne, I love what you said about "the best way to improve your posture is to connect to the energetic body." I would love to hear you expand on this...thoughts, etc. I find there is so much talk of posture & ills of sitting but this only creates fear & more stress. We shouldn't need any one particular exercise or stretch to feel good about our posture. Finding ease & connection HAS to me the way. It just has too...
    I love all your words of wisdom in your videos.

    Since March, 20th I started my practice every day. I met you in 2017 but I wasn't so constant, and then, pandemic, quarantine, and everything you know. I was stuck in México for a month, then I could come home, in Argentina and I never stopped to come here. I feel in peace whatever it happens, and I want you to say Thanks, again, because today I finished with a big smile on my face. I can feel your energy and I'm grateful. I love you!

    I had to take a lot of longer breaks today bc I’ve got a cold but I’m happy I made it to the end of the video and didn’t let myself get mad at me for not pushing through when I clearly didn’t feel like pushing! Small wins!!

    I have been studying in Italy for the last Five months and today is my last day here. I started a yoga practice about two months ago thanks to your videos. Now I am leaving the place where it all started for me and moving back to Minnesota. The coincidence feels purposeful. Thank you Adrienne! I'm excited to bring this life changing practice back to the States!

    I've been following Yoga with Adriene for almost 18 months. I moved from Dubai, to China, I got a cat, I started teaching. And every night I came home and rolled out my mat. I moved again to United Arab Emirates. And I still yoga is one of the few constants in my life. Almost everyday without fail I roll out my mat and I love it. Yoga is so yummy. I love Adriene's approach to it. I have rarely felt so connected to my body. Thank you Adriene.
