You should be able to perform 3 sets of the given reps before moving onto the next movement, but its still good to perform up to 5 sets to maintain and build foundational strength. Keep about 60sec rest between sets: Basic Pushup: 10-15 reps Tripod w/ feet on floor: 5-10 reps Feet on Box: 5-10 reps All the rest: 3-5 reps Hope that helps!

Apparently you didn't watch 3:10-3:30. This is a great video btw, my coaches haven't have much extra time to help me with HSPUs but this was plenty!
