    It was a great explanation, simple, easy to learn and very useful. I searched a lot and did not find anything like it. Thank you very much. I will follow all the materials that you publish here.

    Thank you for the very complete and easy to understand explanation on glass in Eevee. Unfortunately not everyone can afford the newer and more expensive graphics cards and use Cycles. Some time back I was doing a very popular Blender tutorial and when it came to the glass I got what you started with before doing all the adjustments. I asked about it and no one gave me an answer - not even the person who made the tutorial video. It's all Cycles with those people.

      Yes u are right,it is really difficult to get water and glass shading with eevee. We need to make some extra settings.But we can not get realistic results as cyles does.

    It was difficult to find a video that would be explained how to make normal glass for the window. I needed to choose a material for glass for a laptop. But a bunch of videos are not said about that. Yours helped a lot. Thanks to.

    Great tutorial. I wonder if Blender will have a more simplistic way of creating transparency in Eevee. As it is now, it's too cumbersome and laborious to get a decent real-time interaction with transparent options. You obviously know a lot about the program to obtain such wonderful results but the truth is that all those tools you explained are way out of reach to the casual user. Thanks!

    Once I switch to Viewport - render review and disable HDRi, the glass material has no reflection of my 3D objects from the scene. I can only use Eevee render. I tried different solutions but none of them worked...

    • @LaidBackFellow

      Try turn off refraction for one of the settings. Material or on the engine settings. For me I can see reflection when I turn one of them off but u have to have something close to the object

    Good but too fast, is difficult understand what do you do from another language. When I put the HDRI image the object became pink, no the world and the environment don't appear. Why?

    • @GraphicsMK

      Most probably u did't open ur HDRI image. Just click on the open open .

    Unfortunately Blender is not good to create a glass shader. neither evee nor cycles. because light doesnt pass through in glass to in room.

    • @Corn_Pone_Flicks
      @Corn_Pone_Flicks ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Luka1180 Why you should have to learn such things in a 3D program is beyond me. The last modeling software I used had the ability to just select glass from a list of options, and it behaved like glass does, i.e. you could see through it and light passed through. Why on earth did they make it such a headache to simply make glass transparent like actual glass, instead of having it work that way by default?
