      You are proving yourself wrong.
You are telling us that if you take too much choline that your body will use it to fix things, but that the body will need to compensate for the extra alkalinity.
If the body compensates, then what is there to worry about?
If a person feels nauseous while their sick body is healing, then why would you tell the person to stop healing?
You are telling your flock to be weak, and give in to the flesh! You are telling your flock to give up on their healing, if they don't feel rosy and sweet!
What is more important: a person fixing themselves so that they feel strong always, or giving up because they feel nauseous?
The majority of your flock suffer from a fatty liver! The best way to heal this is by taking high doses of Choline!
But it goes even further than this: the Choline also strips the body of the toxic visceral fat that is poisoning the body!
Weakness of the flesh leads people to stay sick!
Stop advising people to be weak!

The breath count info doesn't take into account training in deep breathing. Diaphramatic breathing is about 5-6 breaths per minute. Taking long deep breaths reduces the number of breaths per minute but not necessarily due to blood ph.

@@clemensh6214 Of course check with your doctor but try just noticing your breathing once an hour (set a timer). After a few days the focus will be automatic and your body will tell you what it needs ie take a few deep breaths, yawn, etc.

I recently just purchased a new bottle of beet flow and it has 20 mg of choline added to it for each dose. It didnt have it previously. When doing a beet flow flush with 16 capsules, equaling to 320 mg of choline would this be enough to cause an anabolic imbalance? I have seen great progress with doing beet flow flushes but I did one this past monday and the next day it seemed to have pushed me into an anabolic imbalance based on my ph tests. Would like your input. I appreciate all the information you put out there!

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +5

Choline won't push a person more anabolic. It can lower breath rate and alkalize the blood, but it won't alkalize pHs or push a person more anabolic. They just added the choline to help it run through the machine easier and it's a very small amount, but I told the manufacture that will confuse people and they should use something else so they are going to do that. But the small amount is not creating any changes. But greatly improving bile flow can create a world of changes. That is likely what you're seeing.

Barely made 11 breaths. Never saw myself as alkaline. I can't be sure. I've always been a belly breather, and there seems to be a long pause after exhaling like I don't really need to inhale for a good 2-3 seconds. I've measured 25 breaths in someone going through ketoacidosis. With all the animal products I eat, and the few veggies, I have to wonder what's making me alkaline. OH CRAP! And Tuesday is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER! I used to take Choline daily months ago, but quit when I ran out. Was getting ready to pull the trigger on more, but now I'm not sure. On another note: when I had trouble with my HR over 200 when it's normally in the 50's, I began taking MAG to bring it back down, but before knowing that was the problem I had to rely on deep slow breathing. How do I increase my CO2, hold my breath? I'm already doing that without realizing it.

The breath rate test seems pretty accurate. I consume a lot of choline on my carnivore diet and my breath rate ranges between 14-16. Which is hilarious that 550 mg of choline is the reccomend daily amount. I consume about 1,600 mg of choline daily on average. The upper limit they "big pharma" say is 3,500 mg but if you do the 36 eggs a day vince Gironda anabolic cycle, you are looking at about 5,292 mg of choline lol

Can I conclude that long term meditation causes a too high blood ph level (because those individuals tend to have much lower breath rates than your proposed normal range)?
14-18 breaths per minute seems pretty high anyway if you have good breathing habits and are not a shallow breather. The deeper you breath, the slower you can breath to achieve the same effect on blood ph. What's the problem when you reach the target ph at a lower breathing rate anyway?

Gallbladder symptoms with pain behind my right shoulderblade for years that i have read may be caused from this. I dont drink, smoke, or do drugs. My body is alkaline after drinking so many high ph waters for years and eating mostly vegetables. I developed a horrible yeast/candida issue that comes and goes. My choline is low in my blood and co2 is high for a couple years.... my breathing is pretty slow normally. So, should I take Choline then? I have a neuropathy in my hands and feet that is undertermined but is very bad. What are your thoughts. Would i make things worse taking choline? My urine ph was what i saw was high. Interestingly my chiropractor / kinesiologist told me that I had candida overgrowth from taking an antibiotics it caused the candida . Now the candida was clogging my gallbladder ducts. I had a scan no stones were in any ducts. I was placed on anti-candida supplements. and put on anti-candida diet. I also took choline, chance piedra and liver detox by Thorne just to be on the safe side. I also was instructed to drink 8 to 9 glasses of water with a squeeze of lemon if possible. I read about the power of green grape diet I decided to eat it for couple days and all the GB pain and right shoulder blade pain disappeared within hours. hmmm...

What type of choline is best to improve bile flow? My health coach suggested Phosphatidylcholine instead of Choline bitartrate because she says bitartrate can lower blood pressure. My blood pressure it’s always low in the 80-90 range and breath rate between 7-9.
I tried the Choline phosphatidyl but noticed it made my stomach burn for a few days. I stopped it and little by little the burning is getting less intense. Have you ever heard if Choline phosphatidyl can cause stomach burning in some people?
My bile is not flowing and I tried taking beet flow plus the coffee suppository but I don’t see any improvement yet. That’s why my coach and I thought of choline but I was not expecting for Choline phosphatidyl to give me stomach burning.
I was thinking giving a try to choline bitartrate or other type but I’m unsure? Any suggestions?

WE use choline bitartrate to thin bile. We use phosphatidycholine for other purposes.
If you're breath rate is that low, choline might not be the best fit until you can bring it up.
But it's very common for someone to need to be more aggressive to get bile flow. Especially if your blood pressure is that low. We talk about that more in this podcast episode: kickitnaturally.com/episode363/

@@KickItNaturally Excellent presentation. Thank you. I am, indeed, almost keto. But I eat a lot of broccoli ) cabbage etc with meat. I totally get the thing about 'cycling' this with complex carbs like bread etc. But if you are following the low carb style diet to take on autoimmune disease, for example, then you are kind of f****d when it comes to going back to carbs to get the blood more acidic, non? Good point about Vit D. That particular vitamin has become something of a balancing act if you don't live in a sunny climate. The other thought is with keto I eat eggs and eggs = high choline = more alkaline, less breaths. But I love eggs lol. It's complicated, isn't it?
