    So Choline can effect the Lymphatic system because the Lymph system depends on our muscles to keep it moving.... Wow, this teaching is amazing. I prayed for Wisdom because God tells us in Scripture that when we lack wisdom we should ask for wisdom and He will not refuse us but give us wisdom without finding fault... God is using this good man to help others.. Praise the Lord.... Thank you for helping me connect the dots. God has bless Peter Osborne mightily. May we heed this information.

      Amen! I pray for wisdom also and to use it properly. Solomon didn’t in the end of his life. He turned from God through his wives who worshipped foreign gods. Lack of not listening to God.

      Wisdom is using KNOWLEDGE wisely!
      We need to research far and wide and learn and know when to do what.

    I had an experience with a lecithin supplement once, and it's stuck in my memory, because of how it made me feel.
    I was working late shift as a gas station cashier,and I neglected to get enough sleep beforehand. So I'd end up drinking a load of coffee,just to stay awake through the night.
    Only this particular night, I added some lecithin granules to my routine. I was feeling almost buzzed, and cracking jokes with each new costumer that walked in. Normally I wasn't that outgoing.
    Normally I'd have to be drunk to have that level of confidence, or approach ability.
    💪🏼😆👍🏼✨⚡🔥🧠

      Impressive. A few grains. I used to take a TBS, but it did something bad to me. I don't remember what it was, but I haven't taken it since. A few grains might be okay

    Dr. Osborne is the best! He continually provides the most comprehensive videos I ever viewed and I viewed many different types of health related videos.
    I hope one day I will be able to fly down to see him as I would love to have him as my doctor. I'm extremely grateful that he provides these educational and solution orientated videos.

    Man, to get away from WIFI. Its damn near impossible unless you live off grid. Smart meters, phones, towers, 5g. You are not getting away from it unless you are a monk. Just not realistic, but I def see the correlation.

    • @Acetyl53
      @Acetyl53 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@adrena7321 I agree. I really got into this area like 10 years ago, used to have like a 3 inch thick packet of information that lays out the gist of the whole case, the history, legal aspects (like the 1996 telecommunications act explicitly excluding health concerns as a basis to prevent tower siting), several papers and reviews published from the 60's to the present. Gave it to several people to look over, people with children in particular, and maybe it was a failure on my part but it never amounted to any visible change in behavior or attitude.
      I worked with a wi-fi and bluetooth thing on me for some number of months, and besides finishing off my thyroid (reversed upon cessation of exposure) it induced much of what Soviet researchers and clinicians had put under the umbrella of "microwave sickness". When you're around wifi and cell phones all the time it does something to your mind, something subtle, it is as though something fades and dulls, disappears within you. And there is plenty of research to indicate these devices can be hypnotic.
      Getting rid of it is the only real option. Instead we're seeing rapid proliferation as they're trying to embed it into critical infrastructure, push the IoT mkesh network nonsense, and probably eventually we'll move from internet of things to internet of bodies. People are extremely resistant to enaging with the idea that there will be consequences for this. Between aluminum exposure and RF the insects are half dead now. Not sure what to do about it. The direct approach doesn't work with people, least for me. There are no strings in the mind or heart I've found to tug and get a proper or sustained response, apparently the desire to protect one's children and grandchildren isn't good enough when your hypothalamus is chronically irradiated. People don't care, so it's up to us and uptake will probably depend on reaching a criticial mass and chronic exposure to and saturation with the information from more than just the same few people all the time.

      The tingling, numbness, and nerve pain signal an autoimmune disease beyond Fibro. You most likely have the beginnings of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, or Myasthenia Gravis. Your mitochondria are probably damaged. Quit ultra-processed foods, take a quality B-Complex vitamin daily, and drink caffeinated coffee (it can be half caffeinated if fully caffeinated makes you too jittery). Caffeinated coffee helps raise levels of choline in your body. Also, consider adding MCT oil and turmeric/curcumin to your diet daily or several times a week. Eat quality, unadulterated Beef, Chicken, and Pork. Having a quality beans and brown rice dish (that you can make at home) as a complete protein will do well for you, too. I buy the Siete brand of Mexican or Spanish canned beans and make brown rice at home -- -- then combine them. They taste delicious, give you sustained energy, and are, again, a complete protein. -- -- -- -- -- I thought my symptoms, starting 5 years ago, were fibro... then my doctor changed and said you most likely have an autoimmune disease. Most prescription meds cause too many side effects for me, so I had to start walking, doing strength training exercises 3-4 times per week, and drastically changing my diet to cut out highly inflammatory foods and add high anti-inflammatory foods. It helps!

There are many more We take those after reading the label ...see how much qty is available and what ingredients are there read the labels . Now doesnt tell how much qty or what r the ingredients.so I avoid that
      Also take a glass of buttermilk after food to increase the digestion or Bcosules after food for digestion or Becosules before food for appetite. CARROT JUICE INCREASES HUNGER pangs. Try it. You he surprised .in 1 bour You will have to eat soemthing its so powerful.carrot juice . Also drink cabbage juice as its healing .

      A GLASS OF CARROT JUICE IN MORNING WILL MAKE YOU REALLY HUNGRY AS CARROT JUICE CAUSES HUNGER PANGS. TRY IT. YOU WILL.SEE THE DIFFERENCE. ALSO XAN DRINK BUTTERMILK OR BEATEN CURDS AFTER FOOD TO HELP DIGEST IT SO YOU WILL GET NUTRITION FROM.WHATEVER LITTLE YOU ARE ABLE TO EAT. .
      BCOSULES BEFORE FOOD ASLO MAKES A PERSON HUNGRY . THE B VITAMINS ARE MOST NEEDED FOR HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY.

    • @reddwoulard61
      @reddwoulard61 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      People take choline and inositol together because they work well together to support healthy cells, brain function, and metabolism:
      Choline aids with fat metabolism, while inositol improves insulin sensitivity, supporting normal lipid metabolism, reducing any stored fat deposits in the body.

    LOW EPINPEHRINE
    LOW ACETYLCHOLINE.
    =LOW LIBIDO?
    I found in my younger days i experimented with 10 raw eggs a day libido was off the wall , like insane...would that be more from cholestorl or the choline levels.
    ALSO-high dose creatine makes my libido go crazy and i used to think maybe it raised my nitrc oxide but now that im diving into it, high dose creatine or tmg always effect my libido and its probally not a boost in nitric oxide.
    It seems anything that hits the choline pathway helps libido, I have a gene snyp mutation in my genes that requires way more choline. I took the Dr Chris masterjon upload your DNA syp and it said i required 8 eggs a day to hit my choline requirement...
    Anyways choline-ACTYL choline seems to hit the pathway.
    Let me know your thoughts thanks for taking the time.
