Now muscles are strong, vision good, no blotting and no pain even with gastrisis. When i started there a burning sensation but not too much.

    This is one of the best compile video regarding digest system. I am really impressed about all the details have been told in this video, it's one in my top 10 videos regarding the health issue. It has been described in details about the missing HCL in the stomach and how to make it acid again. And it has been mentioned on how to do so, using the betamine HCL, vinegar apple, carska vodka etc, tried it all. It has been mentioned that sometimes you have to be more aggressive if there are some bacterias in the stomach or if you have top reflux so sometimes you need to be brutal with adding some extra HCLs for a longer time. I know, that lack of stomach acid can create SIBO and other way around SIBO (caused via taking antibiotics) can cause potential reflux by changing the guts peristalsis movement other way or make it slower, and bile reflux can cause the problem with the stomach which is alkaline. I have here important question to the author or other expert: How to make in stomach more acid environment/ downgrade the PH level, if there is already a bile which cause the environment in the stomach more alkaline (don't know the main reason why the bottom entry is not closing in stomach). I tried all possible things for more than half year and nothing was working because of the bile and reflux from the liver (but that time I wasn't aware about SIBO at the same time) After watching this video and some others, I might need to try with remove the SIBO first which hopefully eliminate the reflux, so then I potentially can make the stomach more acid again. This is so complicated, but after over 4 years of searching solution now I found this solution, so I am going to try on this. The problem is that here it seems like 3 things are connected together: alcaline stomach, bile reflux, which is causing this, and SIBO, which was caused as primary (by antibiotics), or it has been caused by stomach with no acid. If anyone has got similar problems, please respond with your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance!

But now have 2 pancreatic cysts and acid reflux - really trying to fix things with food and supplements - I am extremely sensitive to medications - I do eat low carb, low fat, no red meat, organic, alkaline water - this video sure has been enlightening - a lot to absorb - thanks for sharing it with me!

    As someone who worked in pharma and met with all kinds of physicians, providers and patients, I can tell you this area of medicine is so mysterious.
    Few people know anything. Few care to know anything. Few people are satisfied with the care they receive.
    If orthopods performed like gastros and PCs on this issue, most people over 60 would be on crutches. This is a crying shame.

    I have been dealing with a myriad of digestive issues for years. I’ve suffered from diverticulitis several times and more recently had methane based SIBO, which I was able to diagnose myself after hours of research and troubleshooting. I actually bought the Food Marble breath test analyzer which pointed me towards methane, which I confirmed through a more formal testing process. I took a three month antibiotics regiment here in France, which is quite different than what you typically read about in US forums and then had a ton of relief, but now a few months later, I am again struggling chronic bloating, some acid reflux and what feels like slow, incomplete transit. I literally have the sensation like food is just stuck in my stomach and my digestive system is on vacation and not doing anything. I am starting to consider the possibility that maybe I’m not producing enough stomach acid?

    It appears to me that anger/resentment and or mold exposures can restrict bile flow in the gallbladder, liver and main bile duct and drive stone formation. Ive done some gall bladder/liver flushes and I will say it helped me feel better but was painful because I had some oxalate stone issues. So dissolving of oxalates is a good idea first before I do it again.

  • @candacerushing6882
    @candacerushing6882 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

    Great video- one of your best!
    I’m going to throw something out there for you to consider and possibly research, in regard to gallbladder issues. I don’t need a response, I’m just suggesting something to think about. After a little over a year of intermittent fasting (19/5), I started having gallbladder symptoms, and an ultrasound showed a 14mm stone. It’s possible that the fasting caused my symptoms (or NOT), but during that year, I was also eating a lot of dairy (ice cream for dessert pretty much daily).
    It’s well known that women- and particularly women who are pregnant, taking BC pills, or on hormone replacement therapy- are particularly susceptible to gallstones (as you mentioned), because of the estrogen. I got curious, and did some research, and it seems that dairy products contain estrogen because dairy cows are kept in a high estrogen state. A few quotes I found:
    “Estrogens are naturally present in cows' milk.”
    “Estrogen levels in milk are higher in whole milk than in skim milk because estrogen is fat-soluble. During pregnancy, a cow's estrogen levels can increase more than 20-fold.”
    “Intensive farming practices can increase the levels of estrogen in milk.”
    Anyway- something to consider. I’m going to cut out dairy and see if it helps. It’s simple logic- if estrogen is problematic, it makes sense to avoid known sources.

      When fasting we got to eat a little natural high fat jogurt 100g/day. The persons that didn't take it got serious gall problems. One in the group had to have his gallbladder removed after his last fasting, another one that didn't even take lemon water had to go to the hospital. The rest of us took it fine, even if I have a gallstone. We ate the watery soup and sauerkraut juice, lemon slices and our 100g sour jogurt of the day.

    Hello Tony, thank you so much for your content.
    I think I need to wipe out bad bacteria in my stomach but there is something that sounds a bit counterintuitive to me. I have seen that having digestive problems we should avoid keto but also carbs/sugar/starch because bacteria could feed from there. That's why I was wondering what would be the right diet in this case.
    Greetings from Argentina :)

      Bismuth can be a part of a protocol to deal with H. Pylori in the stomach. However, it's not recommended to use more than 3-5 days at a time because of being a heavy metal. Also, it can turn your stool black, as well.

      @ hmmm I watched that video and you briefly touched on the buteyko method, which seems to share some ideas with oxygen advantage “method”, which is more what I’m speaking ion. While you discuss many reasons our bodies alter our breathing, you didn’t touch at all on cortisol, or any other psychological causes. Most people don’t even hardly use their diaphragm to breathe, just taking quick shallow breaths using auxiliary muscles. Learning to breathe correctly has greatly improved my fitness and mental health. I wouldn’t call retraining diaphragmatic breathing more efficiently as simply “manually adjusting your breath rate”. Long exhales are proven to lower anxiety, not large breaths - definitely confusion there in many spheres. It has to do with activating sympathetic vs parasympathetic nervous systems. I see how my comment may have seemed a way over simplification, but relearning how to do simple things like walk and breathe are things that can really help improve health. We have made adaptations based on ineffectively doing these simple things or because of other imbalances (or just modern life!)and it does take some conscious effort to break out of those patterns. I’m curious of your thoughts on my comment and hope to hear back.

    • @korischei6244
      @korischei6244 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      If you’re using HCL and still having reflux, you’re either not using enough (5 is the max recommended dose with meat protein meals) or you have a bacterial overgrowth in there that needs to be addressed. The bacteria releases alkaline substances and the HCL isn’t strong enough to wipe that out. Wipe out the bacteria and the HCL can do it a job.

    • @ioanadumitras22
      @ioanadumitras22 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Make sure you take it in the middle of your protein meal. And if you still haven't found the right number of capsules, put some apple cider vinegar in water and take a few sips, this helps close the esophageal valve. Don't forget to rinse your mouth with some clean water afterwards. Acv can destroy your tooth enamel.
