      So if gallbladder sludge is present, what are the options to reduce it/get rid of it? I'm booked in for gallbladder removal in 2 weeks and feeling very hesitant as I believe I have more digestive issues. I was told my amylase was high also. Is this related to gallbladder sludge? Thank you

    I have the lot! Diarrhoea, cramps, blood pressure problems, deranged liver function tests. I have been asking doctors for years about the persistant abnormal liver function tests with no response! The chronic loose stools. Nothing except to do colonoscopy.
    As a result of what I now believe is bile problems, I have severe bone loss with severe fractures, due to absorption problems. You can’t have diarrhoea for years and not have consequences. Our digestive system is huge in how we feel. Especially if we are not getting the nutrients we need from our food. Chronic headaches too. Thank you for this podcast! Now I have the proof I need to address the problems my poor liver has been dealing with. And maybe get some relief.

The scare became infected and put me on antibiotics for TWO MONTHS! It is summer now and have tried eating raw vegetables but am finding myself distended, and having lose stools, not total diarrhea! I eat a good probiotic yogurt for lunch and sauerkraut in the evening with dinner. I have been taking HCL with every meal and just upped it to 2 caps. How can I get that good flora back? That’s not just any doctor. Sounds very much like a medical doctor. That aren’t necessarily aligned with the true origins of the term doctor. They’re quite ‘pseudo’ in terms of the Hippocratic oath and general scientific process, unlike the man in these great videos.

Also your carnivore videos have been super enlightening. I’ve scratched my head for the last year and have consulted w so many experts as to why I feel like a total dishrag on a carnivore diet and why my hair texture and nails have gone to crap and why I can’t build a lick of muscle even tho I resistance train consistently 4 days a week lifting heavy weights to almost failure. I have cleaned up my diet and have used a little apple cider vinegar here and there. I noticed since I cut grains I seem to be digesting my food better but its a long road ahead. I hope my stools get more organized and stop sticking. Whats crazy is a few weeks back I ate a pretty bad one day, monster energy drink, ,stayed up late playing music (musician) and had taco bell at 1 am. The next morning I had a perfectly shaped stool clean sweep and all. It seems like the more fiber and less fat I eat the worse it is 🤔

      From my understanding, the TUDCA helps the body produce more bile, but it does not help to thin the bile (sludge) or improve the flow. That's what the beet flow is designed to do. It just depends on what your body is having more of an issue with. He has a video on tudca and ox bile and another on the beet flow flush. I haven't watched them yet.

      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +9

      HI @Cindy Batson , that's great. I can't make one-on-one suggestions for someone who is not a client and I know all their chemistry and situation and such, but if you're going to do a 7 day fast, you certainly want to make sure you've seen our videos on common fasting mistakes. And the videos that explain that anything that is not water or black coffee will break a fast. But I would make sure you've seen this video on the 5 biggest fasting mistakes: th-cam.com/video/qIl6xsTWeuI/w-d-xo.html
      and this one on the types of people who should not fast so you can make sure you're not dealing with any of these problems we talk about before you fast for that long: th-cam.com/video/4-shXYBDeIs/w-d-xo.html
      Otherwise, ,a fast that long is just going to raise stress hormones, and the stress hormones will thicken up bile and work against the Beet Flow. Minerals are usually okay. But Beet Flow is a food based supplement so the body would view that as food and break a fast.

      HI Nevia, I have not but I'll add that to my list. I use it with SOME clients but it's definitaly not right for everyone and it's not something you want to use long term. I view it like a natural antibiotic for the digestive tract, so best to use it only a few weeks at a time and then replenish good gut flora. It doesn't do anything to improve bile flow though. It's only good for reducing any overgrowth.

    I am 55 and going through menopause but I have never taken hormone replacement therapy. Can my estrogen levels be elevated naturally due to menopause and that make the bile thicker? I have also been in a constant state of stress since my husband passed away suddenly a yr ago. I am struggling financially and emotionally so I am always under a lot of stress. When I take bile salts I have normal bowel movements but if I don't I stay constipated.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Lynny, So sorry to hear about your husband. And yes, stress and other factors can raise estrogen. I don't view it as menopause raising estrogen. I view it more like the underlying cause of menopause has the ability to raise estrogen in some cases. But other factors can thicken bile as well.
      As far as constpation, it is possible (though rare) that ox bile can improve constipation by helping to lubricate the stool, but when that is the case, there are other underlying causes of the constipatiion. But constipation is pretty easy to fix. You can learn more about that here: th-cam.com/video/v0ndz9FtnB4/w-d-xo.html

      It can depend on the person. If bile is flowing well, even when there isn't a gallbladder to store it in and allow for a big dump of it at once, the bile may still be flowing into the intestinal tract and help out with digestion some. But in most cases, if the gallbladder is gone, the person will need to supplement with ox bile indefinitely.

    I can attest to the excess fats being pushed through the skin. For me it's the long chain, usually polymerized fatty acids. Like the emulsifier used in milk chocolate called polyglycerol polyricinoleate. I've also noticed side effects in the skin after consuming polysorbate 60 and 80, emulsifiers used in ice cream, iced cappuccinos, soft serve ice cream, mcflurries, and whipped cream. For a while even triglycerides in coffee were problematic but not anymore thankfully lol. I'm good with mono and diglycerides but nothing poly--
    The cystic acne these ingredients created led to my mom being diagnosed with Hydradenitis Supurativa. We just assumed I had the same thing because we both broke out in cysts,mine just weren't as bad, especially after discovering the trigger. Which confused me because everyone with the condition in the FB support group has a different trigger.... for some it's nightshade plants and others it's vinegar. Makes no sense to me.
    But now I know it's not a myth that chocolate was giving me acne. And it wasn't the sugar, which yes maybe caused surface acne as well but not what was causing the cysts.

    Would you recommend urine test to be done in the morning? I’m currently working through the course

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว

      HI @Dr. Sean Patrick, don't view a saliva pH below 6.5 as me saying that's it's acidic, like so many pH gurus say. This video explains why the pH gurus are wrong: th-cam.com/video/FBACHT-Pt3Q/w-d-xo.html
      We just see that when the saliva pH is below 6.5 it is a marker of the system being too toxic and bile not flowing well enough to remove toxins properly.

    I have tons of symptoms of low stomach acid, but don’t seem to have many symptoms of poor bile flow. In fact I sometimes have dark green stool, and struggle with constipation. Never EVER diarrhea. The only signs I have is occasional low blood pressure and acne. But I have POTS, and hormonal issues, so that’s a tough call.
    However, you’ve previously mentioned you never recommend supplementing Betaine HCL without beet flow. Is that still true if there aren’t really signs of poor bile flow?

    I believe I have a fatty liver and starting itching. Would taking bile salts help??

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi @Cindy Batson. If you're itching, that is a huge sign that your body is not detoxing like it should and that is almost always a sign of poor bile flow. So taking ox bile can help process fats correctly with that meal, but it doesn't help you thin your bile so it would flow correctly and fix the detoxing issue. If you still have your gallbladder, you really want to fix the bile flow issue. Here is a video that explains how to do that: th-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/w-d-xo.html
      and this video will explain who should and should not use bile salts or ox bile: th-cam.com/video/YMTd4FXd0ng/w-d-xo.html

      HI @Cindy Batson, great. Just be sure you saw that we use Beet Flow. Beet root won't do anything. Correcting fatty liver can depend on some variables that I would only know if I knew someone's chemistry, but the first step is getting bile to flow and a person often needs to get blood sugar and insulin down. I have the topic on my list to cover soon so make sure you've subscribed so you don't miss that.

    The root cause of high blood pressure is a condition called hyperaldosteronism where the adrenal glands produces too much aldosterone which is too much sodium and depletes potassium and retain a back flow in the arteries. Vise versa with low blood pressure where too much potassium and depletes sodium. Can't remember the name of that condition. Check them out.
