When I enter my key it says that I have to contact manufacturer (acer) because it is a pre installed OS. I really don't want to have to do that =( I need a 64 bit win 7 home edition. Isn't there a way to create an ISO using my current OS like you can do nowadays?

It means that the Product key belongs to a computer that came with Windows 7 pre-installed. This usually happens when you try to use a product key printed on a laptop sticker on a different machine. If you are trying to install it on the machine it belongs to, contact the manufacturer and see what they tell you

You can install 7 and then download the Media Creation Tool for windows 10 that will allow you to upgrade to 10. I just did that with a laptop running 7 and it worked. Not sure if you can go straight to making a 10 disc but its worth a try

It isn't because they are pre-installed, it is because they are not stock installations of Windows 7. So Microsoft doesn't want to give you something that may not work or your system didn't have.

not sure if you’ve fixed this yet but you would have to install vista to whatever computer then use the upgrade feature in the windows 7 installation

Good question! If your system has more than 3 gigabytes of RAM install 64bit. Any less than 3gb of RAM install 32bit.
