- Summer is here and the Vadam / Fryer making season has also started . Here we present a very simple yet tasty Vadam which an easily be made by a beginner too. No need of any special tools either ! Store them and fry and enjoy their crunchy taste whenever you want
Ingredients
Sago 1/2 cup
Water 4 cups
Oats 2 cups
Poha/aval/Rice flakes. 1/2 cup
Salt
Green chillies
Hing/asafoetida 1/4 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp

In the Vadamseason grind greenchillies with salt ,mix lemon juice and store in glass jar you can make this in bulk and store in fridge use when needed
