  • A diabetic friendly recipe, oats Dosa is a tasty option.It is combined with Semolina,gram flour and curd . The batter is made to a watery consistency and then made into healthy dosas.
    Ingredients
    Oats 1 cup
    Semolina/Rava 1/2 cup
    Gram flour/Besan 1/4 cup
    Sour curd 1/3 cup
    Salt

    I made it tdy ,cm out very well but in two pieces : ) was tasty I used gee instead of oil.
